Do not trust Viator! We booked and paid in full for a helicopter flight over Victoria Falls through Viator. On the morning of our tour, no one came to pick us up. As instructed, we called the local supplier, but nobody answered. When we searched for the supplier online, we discovered that the company no longer appeared to exist. When we contacted Viator, they initially tried to blame us. We had to prove that we were at the correct pickup location at the agreed time. Only after we insisted did they attempt to contact the supplier themselves. Because of this, we wasted valuable vacation time, incurred hotel and transport costs, and lost the opportunity to visit Victoria Falls that day. Instead of apologizing and resolving the issue promptly, Viator sent us three emails asking for more information, even though we had already provided evidence of what had happened. A fair resolution would have included not only a refund for the excursion but also compensation for the additional costs we had to pay because of their failure. In the end, Viator refunded only the amount we had paid for the helicopter flight. We received no apology and no reimbursement for the extra expenses we could clearly prove we had incurred. This experience was extremely disappointing, and based on how this situation was handled, I cannot recommend booking through Viator
