We had an enjoyable and relaxing informative walk through the bushland,we saw a lot of Kangaroo, wallaby and koala enjoying the early evening. Felt one with nature

Sunset is the best time to visit the sanctuary especially at the end of a hot sunny day. The kangaroos promenade, male koalas bellow, wallabies join a leisurely rush hour and the nightlife begins. We are glad you enjoyed your tour with Max.

A great way to experience the animals in their natural habitat when they are most active. We saw koalas, the Kangaroo Island kangaroos drinking from their dam, wallabies, hoping to see an echidna out but wasn't so lucky. Fiona shared a lot of information about the koalas and kangaroos, I even learned extra info from this walking tour. I enjoyed it and it wasn't too long and you get to see the sun going down.

We really enjoyed our sunset / nocturnal tour with Tom. He was highly knowledgeable and we saw a ton of koalas and kangaroos. Hanson Bay is a beautiful sanctuary and well worth a stop.

Lots of animals around at dusk, including a very active koala courting his potential mate. Do not miss it if you want to see wild animals in their habitat. Also the stars look gorgeous there!

Meet the koalas in the evening. The person who took us around spoke slow and understandable English, we saw several koalas at very close range and even two quarrelsome koalas making an incredible noise. A wonderful experience.
