You will freshly harvest young passion fruit leaves from our garden and prepare a traditional Sri Lankan green salad using these leaves.
Avocardo and oakra salad
A fresh village-style salad made with garden-picked avocado and okra, lightly seasoned to highlight natural flavors and local tradition.
Special royal Lunch
A royal Sri Lankan home lunch made with garden-fresh vegetables, chicken curry, eggs, and herbs, prepared just like in local village homes.
