The tour was ok just because the weather was 75 degrees so it was not really a winter tour. So the scenery was lacking the beauty of snow cover, plus we really didn’t see the wildlife up close. Our tour guide Jeff was great explaining the wildlife habits and historical information of the Grand Tetons. Jeff made the tour beneficial.

We had a tour with Jeff and it was very thorough and enjoyable. We were picked up on time and Jeff asked us questions on our specific interests and tried to please. He was full of local information which made our tour all the more personable.

Please avoid this for the money .
I don’t even know what this tour was besides driving around , no stops, reused water bottles that had stuff floating in them, stale granola bars. It was not pleasant at all . Not a van but SUV so three people stuck in back could see nothing - although there was nothing to see . Take your own car , save the money and drive around Jackson Hole

Hi Kathy,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. While we appreciate guest feedback, we were surprised to receive these comments given that your grandfather expressed several times how much he loved the tour and was genuinely amazed by the depth of knowledge our guide shared throughout the day.
Regarding your specific concerns, we would like to set the record straight. Our records indicate that you were aware prior to booking that the tour would be conducted in a Chevrolet Suburban. This vehicle is the industry standard for private winter safaris in the Tetons due to its safety and performance in deep snow.
We also stand firmly by our cleanliness protocols. All water bottles are professionally sanitized. The residue you mentioned was simply ice formation, which is an unavoidable reality when carrying fresh water in sub-freezing Wyoming temperatures.
As a wildlife safari, our route is dictated by animal movement and winter road safety. We prioritize finding wildlife over a fixed driving path to ensure the best possible sightings for our guests. We are glad your grandfather had such a wonderful time learning about the ecosystem, and we remain confident in the high standards of our winter excursions.
Best regards,
