Very high price and unprofessional supplier

For me Viator has always been a guarantee around the world but for this experience I have to leave negative feedback. We got off to a bad start because the location that the maps opened for the experience was wrong and so we lost almost half an hour (of the 2h paid experience) looking for the right place. When we arrive we find people who were not waiting for us and who did not speak English. They calmly take us to the quads and at one point they tell us that we have to pay more because Viator takes their commissions. We categorically refuse, and in the end we leave with the quads doing an hour and a half (instead of the 2h paid), The experience itself was nice, but absolutely not worth the cost of 170€ (!!!!) for 1h of quad and 1h of sandboarding. Especially the latter really disappointing because you do it for 5min, I do not recommend doing it. I would advise Viator (I repeat, for me it has always been a guarantee) to verify this supplier because it is absolutely not up to the usual standards.
