For guests who book transfer service with us, pick-up is available from hotels located in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. PLEASE SHARE YOUR PICKUP LOCATION AND PASSPORTS TO OUR WHATSAPP +84913317474 ! Our driver and/or tour guide will arrive within the scheduled time window, so please be ready in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance. In case of any delays, we will contact you directly via the phone number provided. For guests staying outside the Old Quarter or those who do not book transfer service, please proceed to the designated meeting point at the specified time. Detailed instructions will be provided in your booking confirmation.
