We pick up from all hotels in the north of St. Lucia and from the Castries Cruise Terminal. Please be sure to book a package that includes transfers if you require a transfer or pick up. For cruise ship pick up: The assigned driver will be waiting completely outside the terminal, at the last exit gate before the parking lot at Point Seraphine, Castries or if you are at La Place Carenage, Castries the assigned driver will be located in front of La Place Carenage.

Our ride was so helpful and accommodating, loved our driver. The waterpark is at a hotel on the beach and then the food is on the opposite side. The whole place is just beautiful and so fun. We had the best time on the wibbit. We did the package that included the transfer the wibbit and the meal for four hours. We started with the wibbit and after an hour, we went to go get food and planned on coming back to do more swimming. The restaurant was beautiful the service there wasn’t so great. We were the first ones there and had to wait 45 minutes for them to serve lunch once we got seated. It took forever for them to take her order then other people kept getting seated and they ate and left before we still didn’t have our food. Then, when our food came out, they didn’t have anything for my husband and claimed that he never ordered anything which wasn’t true then it took so much more time that we ended up having to leave because we didn’t wanna miss our transfer back to our cruise ship. About 20 minutes later the waitress came running down the beach with his meal in a box and was all irritated with us because we left, but we feel like our time was wasted just sitting at the restaurant when we wanted to play at the beach too. My kids were just little so I wanted to make sure they had enough food in their bellies when they’re swimming too, which is why we did the food option. But if you can just avoid that unless you want to spend your time waiting. Everything else was perfect.
This bouncy park on the water was awesome! Probably one of the best my family and I have been to. My daughter, who is 10, loved it along with my husband. The staff was fun and helpful. Worth it with kids, and the beach and water itself were one of the best on the island - just gorgeous. There are food places available too.
We had a fun day at this resort. The people were friendly and nice. Kids had fun playing on the inflatables for hours. A longe chair and umbrella was included per person which was convenient for shade. The overall beach area was nice to walk around.
We were like kid with my friend for my 30th birthday. It was so fun. Everyone with smile and good vybz.
We only had a little time to play here, since we were visiting the island on a cruise, but the kids and adults in our party had an absolute blast! Life jackets included, so the littles could play and life guards on duty gave an extra feeling of safety and security!
Our family loved spending the afternoon at Splash Island. We arrived to St. Lucia on the NCL Epic. We chose to include the transfers to and from Splash Island. I’m sure we could have found our own cab for a bit less, but we were ensured our driver would return to the resort to take us back to the ship in plenty of time. It was very nice to have that peace of mind and not have to worry about figuring out how to get back to the port. Our family (kids, parents and grandparents) loved the water park. It was exhausting trying to navigate and get back onto the floats. We managed to play for 2-3 hours and spent the remainder of our time playing on the beach/relaxing on lounge chairs. Our kids are telling us that it was their favorite activity of the entire cruise. So that’s definitely a win in our book!
My kids thoroughly enjoyed this park. They said it was their favorite thing we did on the trip. We were there for about 2 hours and that was plenty for us.
This was an amazing excursion, the kit’s have fun a lot. The transportation was very responsible and safety.
The security in the park was very good and the food grate tasted.
Everything good and the personal very kind.

This was just average. Really only need two hours max. The kids enjoyed it. The park isn’t all that big. Lunch was fine. If we did this again, we would just walk up to the park and buy tickets there. The experience through Viator was overpriced for what it was.

Dear Sara. We are happy the kids enjoyed but sorry that aspects of the experience did not match your expectations. On our website you can book 2 packages which offer two hour passes or you can pay as you go as you indicated. Some kids enjoy going at it for half a day or even a full day. It really is a matter of preference. Hope we get a chance to welcome you again soon.

A great experience. Fun and challenging. It’s definitely worth it. A lot of fun and splash in the sun.
Great beach. Kids loved the toys. Clean facility. Some trouble finding the transportation but other then that it was well worth the money.
A lot of fun at the expense of a lot of risk. My daughter had somebody fall 20 feet from above on top of her while she was in the water. So please do not have your child underneath anyone who is climbing a structure who might slip and fall. The lifeguards were quick to react. Lunch very good
