I was asked to cancel this trip and rebook : because I was travelling alone, I had to pay more. The organiser said she would cancel the first booking and Viator would pay me back. Well nothing has been cancelled on Viator, I paid for a second trip and was never reimbursed for the first

It’s truly unfortunate that instead of simply reaching out to clarify, you chose to jump to conclusions and post a misleading review.
A quick message saying, “Hey, I haven’t received my refund yet” would have led to an immediate resolution. When I went back through our conversation and reviewed the screenshots, it became clear that you never actually opened the cancellation email I forwarded. Had you done so, you would have noticed the booking name didn’t match yours.
Due to a genuine mix-up, I mistakenly cancelled another tour scheduled for the same day instead of yours and that client ended up getting a free experience, one I now have to chase down for payment. Meanwhile, you accuse me of dishonesty over a situation that could’ve been solved with a little communication and a bit of patience.
Next time, ask questions before jumping to conclusions. It’s the reasonable and frankly, the human thing to do. A lot of companies dont want to take solos because its not worth it, however i did not turn you down. Sometimes it's best to not go the extra mile to help accommodate people like you. SMH
The tour was so much fun! Jozet was amazing and showed us some extra great spots, beaches, and viewpoints and just made the whole day so special! Highly recommend!

Our guide Josie was very knowledgeable and answered a lot of questions about the island. Driver was friendly and funny. Was supposed to go to the National Park that day, which is why I booked the tour. It was a Sunday so the park was closed and we could not go. Was not told that until no one showed up to pick us up. I called and they sent someone 2 hours later to take us on a partial tour.

My wife and I were picked up from the hotel promptly. We enjoyed a safe sightseeing drive, whilst being informed of the area, history and were taken to points of interest. Plenty of photo opportunities were had. We were guided around pigeon national park and the views at the top were fantastic. Later on we spent time on the lovely beach, seriously enjoyed the beautiful waters and chilled. Thank you so much for the lovely tour! Worth every penny! 😀

Site naturel intéressant avec de beaux points de vue sur Rodnay Bay et sur la Martinique par temps dégagé, et avec un passé historique militaire.
Cependant, l'excursion ne correspondait pas vraiment à l'annonce de Viator sur certains points :
- pas d'eau en bouteille fournie par le prestataire ;
- pas d'équipement de snorkeling proposé ;
- et surtout, le prestataire nous a amené manger dans un centre commercial en fin de circuit alors qu'il était précisé " Avoir une expérience de cuisine en plein air. Les invités seront ceux qui feront presque tout pendant que nous les guiderons pour créer l'un des célèbres plats culturels de Sainte-Lucie pour le déjeuner".
Peut-on avoir quelques explications.

Clearly there was an issue with lack of communication as the number provided on the booking was unreachable. The cooking experience has been stopped for months now, there must have been an error in the recent changes made on viator which never altered the description and i wasn't aware until now that you mentioned. I have had no other client pointing this out because they have always been having a blast. Water was provided but you kept declining your drivers offer as he informed me. He was instructed to buy you water/beers/pop at a bar just to make the experience more lively than doing so out of a cooler. Snorkeling gear is provided upon request as the description states but you came fully prepared with your own so i dont see why that was an issue? Thanks for the review, sorry that we couldn't have met your expectations.
