Everything was above expectations, we had a brilliant guy with local knowledge, who guided us what to do at mud baths, waterfall etc.. taking great photos for us, we had a great time.

It was an amazing day that hit all of the most talked about things todo. Our tour guide Michelle was very friendly and helpful. We all got in the mud baths and waterfalll, lunch had a beautiful view and had many photo opportunities along the drives to each point!

Enjoyed this tour in large part because of our tour guide, Chauvon. He was personable and informative. The restaurant chosen for lunch was on the water with a beautiful view of the Gros piton. The tour gives you beautiful views of the countryside.

Bryton was our tour guide and he was truly amazing! Incredibly nice guy! He is the true embodiment of Customer Service Excellence! He encouraged us to take our time and enjoy the awesomeness of Saint Lucia’s sites and sounds! At the Botanical Gardens there were not any tour guides available so he lead us through the gardens and provided the most beautiful commentary on the various flowers and plant life! He even encouraged us to eat flowers that were edible, healthy and safe for human consumption and that was truly a challenge for me! A+++++ tour!

A bit rushed.

There was some confusion over our ship name so nobody showed up to collect us. After a phone call we were collected but we didn't get the private tour we booked. Fortunately I was able to call. Driver was friendly enough but drove somewhat erratically. Also we were not offered the drinks he had for us until I asked. The whole trip seemed rushed. 3 hours in the car and 2 doing activities including lunch.

We had a delightful time with our driver, Shervon (Holiday Delight). As we traveled around the island, he provided interesting highlights and made the time speed by. Nice stops for panoramic pictures. Along the way he included various delightful treats (like coconut bread and ice cream) and ensured our personal effects were secure while we were enjoying activities like the mud bath and waterfall. He also took charge of our cameras and took lots of pictures and video clips. He took us to a local restaurant on the beach near the Pitons where we enjoyed a great view and meal. He knows much about the area because he lives locally. Shervon ensured we beat many of the cruise ship buses to the different attractions. That was great. What anyone needs to be prepared for, however, is probably a fast and wild ride on winding roads, passing other vehicles.

Exceptional Experience

We booked our package on Viator for the cost and experience. The booking process was easy, and the host was very communicative 24 hours before the tour. Our tour guide, Michelle, was great! She was friendly, informative, engaging, and made us feel like we were at home. Our driver, Brad, was AMAZING! He made us feel very safe and comfortable. He was informative, honest, and resourceful. He ensured we would make it back to the cruise on time despite traffic, and without a doubt, we had more than enough time. We were picked up at the port, our family group of 13 was grouped together as requested (although there were separate reservations). We were told where to meet them, and we stopped at all the stops. A drink, ice cream, lunch, and all the experiences mentioned were executed as planned. Michelle took pictures for us at the mud bath and waterfall. We left our belongings on the bus with no fear. Brad kept us engaged by discussing the Island. We were all very pleased with the overall experience, and look forward to returning to St. Lucia again!

John was my driver, tour guide, photographer, and complete gentleman. I booked for a group tour and ended up on my own private solo tour. This being my first solo trip, I felt completely safe as a woman and treated like a princess. The tour itself was amazing, John picked me up from my accommodation on time. We got to all the attractions before the crowded tour groups took over. At the mud sulfur he even helped with adding some art to my body in a tasteful way. He took some of the most beautiful photos of my trip throughout the day. We stopped at a beach before lunch where I was able to swim and relax. The lunch buffet was AMAZING!!! Some of the best food I had on my trip in St Lucius. Everything was farm to table and tasted like someone's Grandma was in the kitchen cooking with her heart. Definitely book you will not be disappointed!!! Also inquire about other services they can provide like airport pickup/ dropoff, and other available tours. I so hope to be back soon and I will most definitely use Holiday Delight Tours again.

I don't necessarily want to share this with other travelers as my experience with the tour company booked through Viator was not good. I booked and paid for a personal full day tour through Viator and eventually ended up on a half-day tour with a group. On the morning of the tour I got a text from Michele stating she only just noted my booking and offered me an option to cancel or join a group. My husband and I agreed to join the group and after some back and forth we were picked up. After picking up the other travelers, we started the tour which was all well done. The tour guide remained pleasant and later on apologized for the mishap.

A must-do tour!

You know you got the best tour guide when everyone at each stop yells “Michelle!” Michelle was the most amazing guide we’ve ever had and Vernon was the best driver we’ve had in all of Saint Lucia! The trip was perfect, plenty of stops with plenty of variety. It was a nice way to get a quick taste of the island.

This is a full day of experiences. The Sulphur Springs and waterfalls were so relaxing. Getting to see the Pitons was cool. The stop at the chocolate shop was just for a small sample of their chocolate and we didn’t spend long there, but we did end up purchasing a few things. Lunch was included but we also got lots of treats along the way. Lunch provided was plentiful and we got to eat with a view of the beach and the Pitons. Shivon was a great tour guide with high energy. He took lots of pictures and gave us interesting facts about the island throughout the day. There were only four people in our group which was nice. Throughout the day you’re basically going the length of the island but it’s not that big so the rides weren’t long. They can pick up from your accommodations. We learned that the organizer of this experience is a local, and she puts lots time and effort into making sure the experience runs smoothly and as advertised. I feel it met those standards so support small business! I enjoyed my day very much, and if you can request Shivon is a great guide!

So much fun! Lots of time to relax on beaches that we wouldn’t have been able to reach on our own. Also included some history of the island. Lots of fun music and a party atmosphere!

Michelle was an awesome guide. She provided a lot for the price of the tour, water, soda, beer and her own rum punch! All entrance fees and lunch were also provided. The tour was over 7 hours, but she knew we were not in a hurry to get back to the ship, so I don’t know if this is the norm or she took her time. We were never rushed at any stop. She was great at taking photos and videos for everyone. After looking at various tours, this one seemed to give the best overview of the island. We had a great experience and a great day at St Lucia!

Full on and extensive tour with a good guide and a packed itinerary showcasing the best of St Lucia. We didn't have 'alcoholic beverages' included. Not sure if that is referring to samples at a rum distillery, which was closed on the day of our trip (Sunday), or not, though did stop at a local shop selling rum samples at $2 USD a taste. Nor did we get to sample banana chips - maybe for the same reason. The drive-in volcano is a bit of a misnomer but the actually mud bath is an experience worth enjoying as was the waterfall. All in all though an enjoyable tour which I would recommend.

This tour went to the mud baths and the Torialle waterfall, photos at the Pitons viewpoint, and then to lunch on the Caribbean side of the island in Souffries and included a lounge chair on the beach. John was a great tour guide who answered all my many questions.

This was an amazing tour, our guide was the best, from being picked up from our resort to drop off it was a personalized VIP tour of some of the best spots on St Lucia. His in depth knowledge and connections with the locals made all our stops amazing, including helping us through the cruise ship crowds to get the best experience possible. Would highly this tour to anyone considering it :)

Overpriced trip

It is a very long and tiring car ride to do program outlined in the material as you are constantly going up and down winding roads which can be very upsetting. The lunch, beach visit was too short and unless you really want to take the mud bath and waterfall cleanup. it is not worth the time or money charged for the trip. Our driver was good and patient as we also had issues in finding the tour at the cruise site as the information desk had no knowledge of the name of the cruise or the operator. In addition I was forced to add on telephone service for the day in order to search for information about the cruise for which you should have a phone call on record. I would be happy to discuss this further with you after we return to the states

Our Island Experience tour was exactly that, an awesome way to experience St Lucia. The mud baths and waterfall were exhilarating.
