Terrence our tour guide was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, funny, courteous and was a great person to show us around St Lucia. I would 100% recommend.

The mud bath was great. The only downside was the traffic and the winding roads. Sitting in a van for an hour became problematic when we we didn’t move for almost 20 min

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this cancellation. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected same-day issue with a driver, we were unable to operate this tour as planned. We understand how frustrating this is, especially when time is limited while traveling.
Guests affected by cancellations are fully refunded through Viator, and we are taking additional steps to strengthen our backup staffing to reduce the chance of this happening again. Thank you for your feedback, and we truly regret the disappointment this caused.

They wrote at 9:30 through an email to cancel since the driver called in sick for a 10 departure. If I had a last minute issue I would have been charged. Also they have my number why didn’t they call? The number in the app is bogus.

Tour operator did not show up! We waited almost an hour then called support and Viator cancelled. I will admit, this is the first hiccup I’ve ever had with Viator.

I booked this excursion last minute on our cruise and it was a great day! We were a group of 8, and had the van to ourselves, our guide/ driver Justin was knowledgeable and friendly and made sure we got to the busiest stops first and took us to a great cultured lunch spot. We didn’t make all the stops but most, and what we did do consisted of stunning views and new experiences. On the drive back we were all exhausted! If you are prone to motion sickness, take something- the roads are VERY hilly and windy.

We had not expected it to be a private tour and were positively surprised when our driver came to pick up just the two of us. He was very considerate providing us detailed background information. The mud baths were the best piece. I would skip the waterfalls the next time. It is not huge, the pool depth is just up to your knees, it is very crowded and you have to queue to get a quick picture of yourself beneath the waterfall

This, basically, is a private tour of St. Lucia! Our driver let us select wherever we wanted to go and spend as much time as we wanted at each location! Justine- our driver- was outstanding! She answered all of our questions about her country and all of my nosey questions about her life and family! She went into each location with us and protected us like a mother hen! We had a great time, laughed a lot, and learned a lot about St. Lucia and its wonderful people! VERY highly recommended!

This tour was fantastic. Rick our guide was outstanding. My husband was sick that day, so I went alone. Rick was so kind and knowledgeable. He showed me the highlights of the island. The best part was the Mud Bath, sulfur springs and waterfalls. I highly recommend this tour. It covers so much and is well worth the money.

Le rdv et le paiement ont été fait via l'appli Viator. Un rappel par mail la veille. Mais le jour J personne au rdv ! Nous étions 10mn avant et nous avons attendu plus d'1h. Avons envoyé un message au prestataire mais abonné absent. Le numéro de téléphone donné arrive sur une plate-forme qui nous dit prévenir le chauffeur mais Rien !! Et après impossible de les joindre.
Nous avons dû trouver une agence sur place pour faire le même type d'excursion.
Heureusement Viator a été réactif pour nous rembourser mais nous avons perdu 1 journée !
Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas mettre 0 étoile.
