29 seater bus was very uncomfortable for a 13 hour trip.
The stops were not long enough. Less stops with longer at the scenic areas would have been better. 1 hour for lunch also not long enough.
The guide didn’t give much information and what was said was very difficult to hear.
The suspension on the bus was non existent and I would say the last 3 rows of seats had an extremely uncomfortable and at times painful trip home especially from the last stop to the M1.
I now have severe lower back pain and seeking advice as to what recourse if any I can get.
Unfortunately I have to say that I would not recommend this great ocean road trip with your company.

A very long day so it's a bit uncomfortable sitting for several hours on the coach, but well worth the trip. Spectacular scenery, and always enough time to walk to lookouts, take photos and get back to the coach on time. Vance the driver/guide was knowledgeable and friendly. A bonus was London Bridge which many tours don't go to, and another was seeing koalas in the wild. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous scenery everywhere but time allotted at stops was way too short. I’m a really fast walker and i didnt make it to quite a few points. Seeing wild koala mama with her joey was the highlight.

If you’d like a slower pace and a more in-depth experience of the Great Ocean Road, we recommend considering our 2-day tour next time. We’re glad to hear that spotting the wild koala with her joey was a highlight!

Our driver cum guide Vance provides useful information along the way and ensures the group meets the various timelines. He also volunteered to take photos for the group and crack jokes to make the journey lively.

The views during the tour were amazing and worth the time. But...the "bus" was very uncomfortable and during such a long trip it makes a difference. The driver barely spoke English and was a bit passive-aggresive towards some passengers.

No guide, driver doing both jobs. Couldn't hear driver, microphone wasn't working properly, massive reverb. Stops were too short for important landmarks and didn't allow for seeing properly.

It is difficult not to love the Great Ocean Road, even in cold drizzly weather it is spectacular. The only problems we had were with the defective sound system on the bus, and the uncomfortable seats. The sound issue was significant, and made it impossible to hear the guide, who seemed to know his stuff, and tried with all his skills to offer a superior excursion. But the noise of the bus, especially the blowing of the climate system, coupled with the competition from noisy chatter in a multitude of languages made comprehension impossible - and it was information I would have loved to have heard. The climate issues on the bus also meant that the windows were steamed for much of the ride, so seeing the scenery outside was not always possible. Still, it is a trip that is totally worth taking, and the price was excellent for the value received.
