If I could give them Zero stars I would. The limo was old and rusted with no ac, it looked like they just rolled it out of the junk yard. The leather seats were old, cracked, and worn. But most importantly, they didn't bother to show up for the return trip!!! We had to take a taxi to the airport so we wouldn't miss our flight.

So...i wanted to surprise my boyfriend for his 50th birthday with a airport limo pick up...first of all we had to call cause they were late..then the limo was an old run down van...super nice people and said they would make it up to us...then they come to pick us up to take back to airport...again not in a limo but the same old van...i paid for something special but was VERY disappointed...would never book with them again...or use viator..they need to check things out better

There was no one at the airport to pick us up when we arrived. I had to call several times until I finally managed to get someone on the phone. The driver was very nice when he picked us up, but he had no idea that he was supposed to be there or where we were going. there was no water in the car for us, as advertised, and it was extremely hot out waiting for someone to arrive. The trip back was ok, except the Limo smelled very bad, the fumes from the exhaust made me extremely sick on the way to the airport. Next time I would just take a taxi.

Brice was waiting at airport for us with our delayed flight over an hour. He was super nice and told us some facts about the island. My daughter and I felt very safe. Very punctual picking us up at the resort for departing flight.

Fan and Brice the owners of this limo service were fantastic. They started my trip off like I was a rock star, I was greeted at the airport on time and dropped back off for my return flight home. I would definitely use them every time I visit Freeport !!!!!

This is a great way to go. The limo is overkill but who cares they are there on time with a smile and a welcome. The return back to the airport was confirmed the day before and again right on time.

My husband and I were stunned when we saw the limousine you had sent to pick us up from the airport. We felt like rock stars with a stretched that could have easily accommodated 25 people, just for the two of us. And on the way back, another limousine for at least 15 people. We met our driver the minute we walked of the airport. We arrived early so his timing was perfect. We had lots of little questions and he answered every last one! Our trip was only fifteen minutes, but we appreciated the guaranteed ride there and back. He was prompt for our return trip to the airport as well. Great choice for a private round-trip airport transfer!
