I was not on the passenger list and therefore had to travel in the van with other tourists who were correctly listed. The driver had to pass my intended destination in order to consult with his Operations Manager about the situation. After that, we had to turn around and travel back to my stop, which understandably left the other passengers frustrated.
The situation made me feel as though I was creating a logistical problem for the trip simply because my name was not on the list, even though I had already paid the day before. This was uncomfortable, as the issue was clearly an administrative oversight rather than something within my control.
