The dam was ok, there was almost no city tour. It’ve been better to take an uber or a taxi and i’ve been cheaper. The person was very nice but let me tell you that this was far from a city tour. Also I had to pay for all entrance tickets. No added value for a tour. You better take a taxi!!!
