Eduardo is great!!!

Glenn_M, Mar 2026
Eduardo did a great job of guiding us on both sides of the Falls. His English is excellent. He was on-time for the hotel pick-up. He informed us about what to expect each day. He showed us the best places and angles to take photos of the Falls. He operated at our speed. This is the second time that I have used this tour company and they met our exceeded our expectations each time. I highly recommend them.

Response from Host, Apr 2026

Thank you so much for your kind words and for choosing us again! We’re delighted to hear Eduardo made your experience so enjoyable and personalized. It truly means a lot to have your trust and recommendation—hope to welcome you back again in the future 😊

Great personalized tour

Isabel_M, Feb 2026
Fernando was an excellent guide. We received a very personalized service. We got picked up on a private vehicle for just us 2 and went to the Brazilian side first. He explained the area and answered all our questions. Later on we were able to visit the aviary. Second day we went to the Argentinian side very early to avoid the crowds and were able to see La garganta del Diablo without too many people. We got recommendations to a great restaurant and did a quick visit to the Hito de las 3 fronteras.

Response from Host, Mar 2026

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that Fernando provided such personalized service and made your experience smooth and enjoyable on both days. Starting early to visit Garganta del Diablo and avoid the crowds truly makes a difference! We’re also glad you enjoyed the aviary, the restaurant recommendation, and the visit to the Three Borders Landmark. It sounds like you made the most of your time — thank you for trusting us!

Best of everything

Perfect Two-Day Tour Thanks to Cristian

Nadav_K, Dec 2025
Amazing two-day tour! We had Cristian as our guide, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant throughout the entire experience. He has a special pass that allowed us to enter the Brazilian side of the park early in the morning, before the crowds arrived, it truly felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We were very lucky to have him as our guide. Cristian knew all the tips and tricks to avoid the crowds in both parks and helped us see everything in the most efficient way. His communication before and during the tour was excellent, and he handled unexpected changes perfectly. Our flight to IGU was delayed, but he waited for us at the airport, took us to our hotel to drop off our luggage, and adjusted the plan so the tour still went smoothly. Overall, it was a fantastic trip and absolutely worth the money. Highly recommended!

Response from Host, Dec 2025

Thank you so much for this amazing review! 😊 I’m really happy to hear you enjoyed both days and that everything worked out even with the delayed flight. Entering early and avoiding the crowds really makes a difference, and it was a pleasure guiding you through both sides of the falls. Thank you again for choosing us, and hope to see you back in Iguassu someday! 🌿✨

Amazing excursion

Everything is very well organized, interesting and comfortable. We had a private tour for 6 people. This is a great opportunity to see the waterfalls from all sides.

Response from Host, Mar 2025

Overall OK, but some room for improvements

Gordon_R, Feb 2025
We booked this tour several months in advance and communication with the provider was a little sparse. First morning of the tour things got off to a terrible start when they sent a non-English speaking local taxi driver to collect us from the hotel. This guy had no name board or other confirmation of our details and we had not been pre-warned of this arrangement. Once we met our guide at the Brazilian border, the situation improved. We got taken to the Bird Park first (additional charge payable), which was very good and something we would probably have missed if we had not done this tour. We were also offered the option of a 10-minute helicopter flight for USD 200 each, but we were not interested. The Iguazu Falls are extremely impressive and photogenic from both sides, though the Argentine side involves substantially more walking in hot, humid conditions and is not as well organised as the Brazilian side. Our youngish guide spoke good English and was pleasant enough, but seemed to be in a rush and kept walking ahead of us when we needed to stop to take a photo or some water. I did feel he was judging our fitness and age rather than trying to help us get the best out of what was, for us, a once-in-a-lifetime experience. He did provide some info as we were visiting the falls, but not as much about the local flora, fauna etc, as I would have expected from a professional "guide": more like he was just escorting us through the various stages. A private tour is a good idea if you have limited time and want the most comfortable and fast way of getting around and through the border. I deducted one star for the bad communication regarding the Day 1 hotel pick-up and another for the guide rushing us too much.

Response from Host, Feb 2025

Thank you for sharing your experience regarding the tour. It's unfortunate to hear about the initial challenges you faced, especially with the communication and the taxi driver. It's understandable that such a start could be frustrating, especially when traveling in a foreign country. I'm glad to hear that your experience improved once you met your guide and that you enjoyed the Bird Park and the stunning Iguazu Falls. It's a shame that the organization on the Argentine side didn't meet your expectations and that your guide seemed rushed. A more accommodating approach from the guide could certainly enhance the experience for everyone, especially during a once-in-a-lifetime visit. Your feedback about the communication and the pacing of the tour is valuable and could help improve the service for future travelers. Thank you again for your insights, and I hope your next adventures are much smoother! We did made previous contact but the number we had was never answered, and the communication via email it’s way slower for last minute information, sorry for that but when I called you were never there!

Remarkable experience!

Amazing experience

Laura_H, Jan 2025
Having a private guide to see Iguazu Falls was an amazing experience. Fernando met us at the hotel, got us through the express line at the Brazilian border, and guided us through all the steps to do the Macuco boat ride on the Brazilian side. Because it was a very busy time of year, we did the boat ride first. That was AMAZING! There is a small tram that takes you to the boat dock (or you have an option of walking a small trail part of the way). Then, something like a funicular takes you down to the water to get on the boat. It was so fun to be on the water and to go under a section of the falls. Then, we walked went to the start of the trail and enjoyed the amazing panoramic views of the waterfalls. The trail was paved with handrails and steps. There were many different viewing points for different perspectives of the falls. Then, there was a footbridge that took us out to an even closer view. There were hundreds of people and on the platform, it was a bit crowded, but with patience, you could have a turn at the best spots for photos and viewing. Then, we had a wonderful buffet lunch at the visitor center/exit. The waterfalls are well worth the visit, and Fernando guided us every step of the way. The next day, we went to the Argentinian side. We were advised to purchase entrance tickets online before we went, and that saved us some time. They were around $45 US dollars per person (estimate based on exchange rate). We took a train (about a 20-minute ride) to the top to see the Devil's Throat. It was about a 20-25 minute walk on metal platforms to the viewing area. This view takes you to the top of the waterfalls where several waterfalls converge. It was stunning to see and hear that water pouring over the top. I didn't think the view from the previous day could be better, but this was even more amazing. We then walked the upper trail which gave us even more beautiful perspectives. It was a lot of walking, but we stopped a lot to take pictures. We walked for about 3 - 4 hours in total. The tour includes the lower trail, but we chose to stop and not do the lower trail because we had a flight that afternoon. Fernando was an excellent tour guide. He was very patient with us as we took our time and took a lot of pictures, and having someone guide us and give us access to avoid the long lines was well worth the money. He also took some amazing pictures for us of our group. I didn't have to think about any logistics. I could just enjoy nature, the excursion, and the time with family. Going on a private tour is the way to do this excursion. We went in January and it was hot (in the 90s Fahrenheit). Take sunscreen, insect repellent, and a hat. I highly recommend this tour.

Amazing tour, amazing falls.

Darren_L, Mar 2024
We did the 2 day private tour of the fabulous Iguazu falls. The falls are breathtaking, the trails are well maintained and easy to walk. Bruno was a fantastic tour guide. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient. He took time to explain and we did not felt rushed. Bruno takes of pride in his job. Chris contacted us through WhatsApp within minutes from booking and put us at ease right away. Cannot recommend enough Chris and Bruno.

Response from Host, May 2024

Thanks for trusting us We have a great team!

Fantastic tour

James_D, Mar 2024
Our tour was fantastic. We thought about visiting the falls on our own, but are so glad we took a tour instead as it would not have been nearly as enjoyable and the logistics much more difficult. William is an outstanding guide and everything went very smoothly. We highly recommend him and this private tour.

Response from Host, May 2024

Thanks very much We try to do our best for all of you

Best tour guide ever!

Peter_J, Jan 2024
Christian was a wonderful guide with an incredible knowledge of the wildlife in the rainforest, the waterfalls, the geology of the area, and was also happy to discuss his knowledge of history and politics as well. We got a really good insight into the area, the history and the people. He was so good that we also booked him for two more days. He took us into Paraguay and based on our interests made sure we saw what we wanted. He was also very understanding of my limited physical abilities. On the last day Christian was unavailable but he arranged for William to take us. That worked very well for us too. I would highly recommend him.

Response from Host, Jul 2024

Mr Peter thanks for doing a review for us with such great words!

Amazing experience

ChristopherBenedict, Sep 2023
Cristian and Michael took very good care of me during my trip. They picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel each day exactly on time. Since I chose not to do the boat ride, we had extra time after seeing the Brazilian side and Cristan even drove me to the other side of Foz to see the hydroelectric plant. This is also highly recommended. They were very flexible with my schedule and treated me like a long-time friend. Seeing both sides of the Falls is a must and these guys will ensure you have a safe and comfortable experience.

Response from Host, Jul 2024

Thanks for the review my friend All the best

Tour zum Wasser

Robert_G, Mar 2025
Trotz zwei verschiedenen Guides es waren Brüder haben wir alles gesehen was interessant an den Wasserfällen ist.

Response from Host, Mar 2025
