Misleading Listing – Boat Ride Not Included

It’s a trap because of how the listing is written. The description makes it seem like the boat ticket is included, especially since the title and the “What’s Included” section mention the boat. In reality, the price only covers transportation. I paid $29 per person, and once there we were asked to pay an additional $75 per person for the boat ride. At that price, the boat experience is honestly not worth $75. From what I saw, the boats on the Argentina side of Iguazu Falls look much more exciting and seem to take you closer and even under the much bigger falls. Overall, the advertisement is misleading, and you should be aware of the extra cost before booking.

Such a cool experience to go down in the river and under the huge waterfall!!!!! We got drenched! It was a chance of a lifetime experience. So much fun and we got video and pictures of the whole experience. Such a great memory.

Ir en un vehículo chico para las 5 personas que estábamos dentro , guía no habló casi nada en español , no nos buscaron de nuestro hotel . Horario impuntual

Estimada Deborah, muchas gracias por tus comentarios. El día de su excursión habían dos personas más que hablaban portugués por lo que, el guía a cargo debía comunicarse en ambos idiomas (português y español). Con respecto a la hora de recojo en el hotel, fue informado el 9 de marzo que sería a las 08:40am. Finalmente, se modificó para las 9am notificando y dejando mensaje al hotel. En cuanto al vehículo utilizado, fue un sedán de 5 plazas según escala de pasajeros. Lamentamos que esto le haya causado molestia. Pero seria el mismo caso si usáramos una camioneta con 15 personas o um bus con 40 personas, recordando que los servicios enumerados son regulares. Nuevamente, lamentamos que el servicio no haya colmado sus expectativas y agradecemos sus comentarios ya que nos ayudan a mejorar la calidad de nuestros servicios. Saludos cordiales. Tangol Tours.
