Wonderful tour of Montego Bay

A really excellent and flexible tour that was just right for us and allowed us to see the highlights with our guide Darein providing a continuous supply of facts and background of the people and life in the area.

The van was comfortable and the driver was knowledgeable. The guide was nice but didnt have much to say. About half the tour was spent driving with a few intetesting things pointed out as we drove by. Two of the stops were a fruit stand for a fruit tasting a place to try patties. Things were tasty but the guide didn't make any recommendations on what try or provide any information- even when directly asked. We had to pay for everything, which I was not aware of at the start. For $600+ I thought the 8 pieces of fruit and 4 different patties could have been included. I totally understand paying for the stuff we got above and beyond the sampling. In the end we decided to cut the tour short and head back early. After we were dropped off we had great time poking around Falmouth near the port. I have been on similar tours in several different countries. Unfortunately this is the first time I was disappointed.

Worst Host Ever

The experience ... Had a hard time making contact... They were not where we were supposed to meet. Instead had to go outside into the street. Once We Did meet he took us to a souvenir shop and advised to get sounviner now and then go see. We obliged them, and after we got done went to where they normally sell produce like a marketplace, then back to the ship... We did not see Dunn's Falls, he made no effort to tell us about any sites on the island. Our all day tour lasted less than 3 hours. And the only stop was his friends souvenir shop. VERY Disappointed. Will never do business with him again Worst experience of my entire cruise.

Montego Bay Tour – An Authentic Jamaican Experience

Our tour of Montego Bay with Jermaine as our driver and guide was absolutely incredible! Jermaine gave us a real look into the city and life in the area, making this experience so much more than a typical tourist excursion. We started by stopping at a local produce stand, where we tasted the freshest coconut, sugar cane, pineapple, and papaya. The flavors were incredible, and Jermaine shared stories about the importance of these fruits to Jamaican culture and cuisine. One of the highlights of the tour was the hand-chopped jerk chicken and smoked sausage. Jermaine showed us the proper way to apply sauces and eat like a true Jamaican—it was not just a meal, but an experience! The flavors were smoky, spicy, and perfectly balanced, making it some of the best jerk chicken we’ve ever had. After spending several days cruising the Caribbean and enjoying life on the water, this tour was the perfect way to experience the sights, tastes, and culture of Jamaica on land. Jermaine’s knowledge, hospitality, and passion for his country made this an unforgettable adventure. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Montego Bay! Das right

Our driver was very friendly and helpful. We had one traveler in a wheelchair and the other with a walker and he made sure that they were all set the entire time. Took us to places that were very interesting that most tourist don't go.

Nickoy was an awesome tour guide. We told him that our only requirement was that we see Montego Bay. We had already been to Ochos Rios and knew we didn't need to go back. Nickoy wanted us to experience the 'flavor' of Jamaica. Nickoy went into great detail about the history of Jamaica....showing us different types of neighborhoods and going into great detail about Annie Palmer and what she was 'famous' for. We saw more than just pretty beaches....we visited a very busy farmers market, an old Aglican church, resorts and other historical sites in the Falmouth/Montego Bay area. If you want a custom tour, I highly recommend asking for Nickoy...he was awesome!
