The days were switched up so we were not ready on day one for the beach trip which on our agenda was on day two. Guide was average with his presentation style command on language and history. Was quite repetitive kept talking and walking without a backward glance to see if everyone was safe following him and listening. It got boring too easily and quite soon but the trip

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the tour schedule followed exactly the itinerary confirmed in your booking message. On Wednesday, February 25, the program included Rano Raraku, Tongariki and Anakena beach, as previously communicated. The order of the tours was not changed. It is also very important to carefully review pre-arrival messages, as detailed information about the itinerary and the National Park ticket requirement was shared in advance. On the day of the tour, we had to remind you about the park ticket, which is mandatory for access to the sites. Additionally, our records show that you did not attend the tour scheduled for February 26 by your own decision. We attempted to contact you by phone, email, and WhatsApp but did not receive a response. We regret that some aspects of the experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify these points. Oscar Soto

Great tour - 2nd day ended up with a beautiful swim at a white sand beach

Very comprehensive tour of the island over 2 days. The 2nd day brought us to more incredible places (15 moai, white sand beach) than the first day. The tour could however be condensed in 1.5 days and 2nd lunch could be skipped. The guide was very friendly, thoughtful and knowledgable. The lunch was in a very nice restaurant which serves generous portions of local dishes.
