Horrible. Over an hour late

Our driver showed up an hour late and almost made us miss our flight!! We had booked pickup from the Dover cruise to London Heathrow Airport at 7am. At 7am we messaged asking where our driver was, and the response was that the driver was dispatched on time but had ran into a traffic delay and wouldn’t be arriving for another hour. When the driver arrived I asked him about this traffic delay and he had no idea what I was talking about, and said he was just dispatched this job an hour ago and that he lived 50 miles from here. I then messaged this to the tour operator, who then informed me that the original driver had called in this morning at 3:30am with car issues. This was still plenty of time to get a replacement for us, but this was not done. This caused us so much stress worrying about catching our flight and we had to run everywhere at the airport. I messaged the operator that I believed a partial refund was needed for this issue. They refunded us a whole $26 of the $255 we paid for the transfer. I do not recommend and will never book with this operator again!
