- Check In: All flights require a check in 30 minutes prior to the advertised departure time. A late departure is likely to affect passengers on following flights. Our Goal is to remain on time, if your arrival is likely to be delayed please inform us urgently, we will offer you alternative options.

- Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. A minimum of 4 people per booking is required.
- Flights are subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
- All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking. Please don’t be offended or concerned, Kakadu Air operates light aircraft, take-off weight is a safety issue, we will not fly over weight, or compromise safety.
- Due to the safety and weight / balance of the aircraft, we have a weight limitation of 130kg. If you are this weight please contact our reservations direct.
- The Company reserves the following rights, to cancel, or to postpone any flight without notice should a circumstance occur that might represent a threat to the safe conduct of the flight or tour.
- Reservations cancelled inside 24 hours from departure will forfeit payment in full.
- Kakadu Air respects the “Kakadu National Park managements” voluntary code of conduct known as the “The fly neighborly policy”. This policy limits flights to a certain minimum height above terrain, and distance lateral from about 30 locations in Kakadu. Jim Jim and Twin falls are two of these locations. These Falls are viewed freely in our WET SEASON flights as the roads are closed. In the DRY SEASON when the roads are open there are no flights over Jim Jim and Twin Falls.
- The Company and the pilot in command may refuse the carriage of a passenger, if that passenger could be regarded as likely to cause annoyance or offence to, or threaten the safety of the flight or any person on that flight.
- In refusing service to any person or persons for reason of drunkenness, annoyance, offence, or threat to flight passengers or crew, the company refuses liability for any inconvenience or cost related to our refusal for the passenger or freight to travel.

Not only a condensed taste of Kakadu if you are short on time but the views from the air were stunning and give you a real flavour of the vastness of the National Park. Our pilot/guide Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!!

Great way to see the park! We didn’t have much time so didn’t want to spend all day on the road. The 90 minute scenic flight over the park was incredible. Then we had a 90 minute cruise down the yellow river, which was very interesting and respectful to the animals. Then we had a nice lunch with huge portions - everything was very good. Then a quick drive to the cultural center where we saw aboriginal information and art. All in all it was a very good day! We definitely would not have seen this park otherwise. Our pilot was amazing and very knowledgeable. He made sure we all saw everything and gave us lots of information.

It was a long day trip, but from the start till the end we definitely enjoyed 180%!! And the guy who leaded us was fun and had entertained with his knowledge a lot!! Highly recommend!!!

This was a fantastic experience, the pilot had great knowledge of the area and gave great narrative as we flew. Cooinda was a lovely place to stop and have lunch the museum was very informative and gave great information from the traditional owners about their land and its seasons. We chose this provider in order to take the yellow river tour which was included and didn’t disappoint, again great knowledgeable guides. A fantastic day out, highly reccommend

Pilot gave a great tour of Darwin and NT by air, balancing historical, environmental and cultural info. Definitely better than catching a bus. Cruise was equally fun and informative, we saw so many salt water crocs in September, including 2 eating Barra. Lunch at the Cultural Centre was delicious. Highly recommend.

The flight to Kakadu with Owen's commentary. He was very knowable about the area we were flying over. A lovely person.
Yellow Waters Cruise was beautiful with the water lillies and flood Plains. Saw a few crocs and heaps of birds. The lunch was delicious. Best Barra I have had in a long time. All in all a great day and well worth the $$$

Spectacular! William (the pilot/host/guide) was welcoming, knowledgable, and flexible. Absolutely worth the cost and probably the best way to see Kakadu. Didn’t get to the caves was the only downside, but for 7 hours round trip - a real fun adventure. Lunch at Coolinda Lodge was exceptional. Have the barramundi!

Terrible experience. We turned up to our booking, Kakadu air said they had no knowledge of. The whole thing was cancelled and 3 days later we still don’t have our money back. Kakadu air were not sympathetic at all, they just blame Viator and vice versa. Ruined our trip to Darwin.

Wonderful experience with amazing views of the landscape and interesting commentary by our pilot Ben. Yellow water cruise was great and saw lots of crocs, buffalo, birds, brumbies and even a few pigs. Tasty lunch and a quick visit to the cultural centre and then back home again. Very well looked after from beginning to end.

Jimjim Falls were running heavily and looked great from the air as did entire escarpment. In the wetlands, we saw a croc and some stunning wet season flowers and grasses.

This was a great trip to see some of the iconic sites when we had a limited amount of time in the Darwin and the N.T. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the pilot was very informative and attentive to passengers needs and the Yellow Water cruise was very enjoyable.

What a great experience! We were lucky to be the only 2 on our flight and Daryl our pilot was so informative throughout the flight. The scenery is spectacular. We saw heaps of crocs and bird wildlife on our cruise. The whole day was fantastic. Thoroughly recommend this tour as you get to see so much more from the air than by bus. A brilliant day with David as our pilot and his team. Excellent knowledge and information about Kakadu, the lands and the clans and people. Every need anticipated...right down to the very chilled clothes to refresh yourself on the trip home. I don't know what these guys are paid but I hope they are being rewarded for such incredible professionalism and hospitality.
The flight was breathtaking, the tour of the river was perfect with so many native animals to see, Ella our boat driver was so knowledgeable about the area, animals and indigenous culture.
Everything I could ever want having such a short time to explore this amazing part of Australia.

My daughter and I enjoyed the trip very much. The crew were impressive young men, we felt safe in their hands. It was great that the flight there and back were such different experiences. The yellow river cruise was interesting, leisurely and informative. Lunch was very tasty, and swimming in the pool, a lovely windup for us . Overall a wonderful experience, thank you.

900am start, Small group of 4, wonderful pilot Peter, who flew us over kakadu in a cessna at 1500 feet. We were able to see the landscape up close and cover immense distances in 90 minutes. The yellow river cruise was terrific with lots of crocs and wildlife. Lunch was great and the cultural centre fascinating. Back at Darwin airport by 4pm. Good value tour that defeats the tyranny of distance!
