    Such a great cruise! Paul was so knowledgeable and very funny. So good seeing so many different wildlife, but the crocs were the best!

    Could not have been happier with this cruise. We were spoiled with only having two other people on the cruise, I think being the wet season had put a few people off. Connie was our very experienced tour guide and captain, she sure knew exactly where to look to see all the wonders the billabong had to offer, and boy does she have good eyes! She was amazing at cruising up to a good spot and just letting the boat settle so as not to disturb the wildlife in any way, allowing us to see the wonders of the billabong at it truest. Highly recommend doing this..you even get to see plenty of wildlife on your journey to and from the jetty!

As you said, it is a bit more quiet passenger-wise during our first few weeks of operation but that's always a bonus for anyone who does book on.     This tour was just simply the best. Small group of people, probably less than 20, but could be more I guess during high season. Our guide, Allen, was excellent. Nothing was rushed. We saw so much and the thing he did was to go from side to side showing us crocs, birds, bird nests, oh and so much more. I thought we wouldn't see so much of the birdlife because of the season, but I was pleasantly surprised. Even the flora was amazing. I'd love to see this area in full flood, I think it would be even more spectacular, but then again, I wouldn't think the tours would be running as it would be slightly! dangerous.

    Thank you Jeinne for you 5 star review, So happy to hear of you relaxing tour with Allen on the Billabong he defiantly is excellent and knows how to find all the flora and fauna around the waterway. The Billabong is completely different in Wet season and you are right the car park becomes part of billabong so even we stay out of there. 😂👍

    I Love seeing the crocodile in the wild ,the sunset is so beautiful , And our Tour guide was funny , if you like sunset cruisers I recommend this one
