Guide didn’t communicate well. We were never sure where to go and how long we had at each site. Had to ask for any info. Guide spent time looking for people when time to leave as no instructions given at start. So a lot of waiting around.

I was very hesitant at first. Basically booked for convenience of having a driver get me to the falls. However between a great group and an incredulous guide Quy (pray I spell it correctly) it was a brilliant day. The guide delivered a copious amount of information in a casual manner that made the day breeze by. A million thanks.

This is a packed out day tour, three waterfalls, a Temple, coffee farm, flower farm, silk factory and and cricket farm. Good guide, ours was called Su. Fabulous driver and a great restaurant stop. Very good value for money. Only downside was a cramped mini bus with little leg or shoulder room…

Good for allowing amount of time to explore and look around things. Lots of the afternoon activities were expensive tourist traps trying to get you to buy things. Coffee at the plantation was triple the price for cups in the city.
Also trip was constantly interupted by a know it all american who was constantly comparing everything to previous trips to asia and trying to tell everyone how its different in thailand.
The tour guide really needed to tell him to shut up as his constant interuptions and need to tell his story ruined the experience and threw the guide off track when trying to tell everyone about the area

This was an exciting adventure! We enjoyed three breathtaking waterfalls in Dalat. Visited a Tall Buddha Temple and enjoyed thrilling rides at the falls. We had delicious lunch. We also had a chance to visit a interesting silk factory, to taste stir fried crickets and delicious coffee at a local coffee farm.

I joined the tour with my friends. To us the elephant waterfall was wonderful. The powerful red water was magnificent. And one more, Me Linh coffee farm tour was also good. We could see three kinds of coffee trees: cherry, robusta & arabica. We also saw weasels in the dome cage. We had moca coffees and enjoyed the beautiful scenery downwards. The tourguide was kind and funny.

It was a beautiful experience, the stunning scenery and the atmosphere was beautiful in February. We went to three waterfalls, each of them more beautiful than the other, then we went to the temple, there was nothing special in it, and it was supposed to go to the silk factory, but it was closed, it was replaced by the flower farm. We enjoyed the right, the guide was a hard, fun and light shadow, he gave the trip beauty.

Su was a wonderful and dedicated guide. He could answer almost every question we had and also told us a lot of extras spontaneously . The tour contained a wide range of different things, the main attraction of course, the waterfalls. A full very nice day tour. I would strongly recommend both the tour, but especially Su as a guide!

All the waterfalls were lovely but the best was the last: Pongour Falls. Andy, our guide, was excellent, giving us lots of interesting information along the way but also allowing us some wandering time by ourselves at each waterfall. Some participants chose to take the roller coaster but we preferred to walk to the first waterfall. Andy walked with us and we enjoyed his company.
We enjoyed the coffee tasting, eating the crunchy crickets and having a drink of rice wine. The silk processing plant was extremely interesting, but I didn't much like my taste of the pupa(?) within the cocoon.
Andy spoke excellent English and was a perfect guide.

The tour guide who my group and I called “Boss Man” was so very fun and insightful. He was known by everyone around town and gave us the best inside view to each and every destination. This was probably the best of our excursions in Vietnam so far. Ace (the tour guide) is professional, very friendly and generally a very nice person.
The experience starts with a flower growing plantation, followed by a Weasel Coffee farm (yes you get to see a weasel and drink a cup of coffee that actually went through it :)), Cricket farm (you can eat those too!) and then it’s followed by three waterfalls. The first one (Elephant) is located near a Buddhist temple, which is spectacular. The second is the largest in South Vietnam and is really a cascade of waterfalls. And the third one you reach via a very long roller coaster, which adds to the fun!
This was an amazing day in Dalat. Again, Ace made it unforgettable. They even arranged a taxi to the airport for us! Thank you guys!

Our tour guide Mr. Sou accompanied us excellently through the day. In the morning we visited the waterfalls, after lunch we continued to the silk and coffee plantation. Très belles journée en compagnie de notre guide Tin Tin. Visites intéressantes et instructives dans la plantation de café, de fleurs, la fabrique des fils de soie, le temple...
Les cascades sont très belles surtout Pongour. Un seul petit hic, des détritus (bouteilles plastiques, canettes, sacs plastiques....) jonchés ici et là, gâchent la beauté des lieux.
C’est, malheureusement, le principal problème du Vietnam. Il y a beaucoup de retard pour tout ce qui touche au respect de l’environnement... C’est bien dommage.
Malgré cela, les spots valent le détour et n’hésitez pas de demander Tin Tin qui aime sa région. C’est un sentiment palpable à travers ses commentaires agrémentés de légendes toujours avec une touche d’humour.
Nous avons passé une très belle journée.
