This was not the experience described on the website at all ! We first came to this roller coaster place, where we were supposed to buy extra tickets if we wanted to see the first waterfall (more than 1 million dongs !). If you dont want to do the roller coaster you will have to wait 1h before leaving to go to another waterfall… furthermore, the elephant waterfall is also closed but it is never mentionned on the website, so if you think that you will get to see the 3 waterfalls, dont get tricked! We decided to head to pangour waterfall by ourselves because we couldn’t continue the tour with such a guide

Pre tour communication was good and pick up very punctual. Chien's English was very good and he had a lot of info about Dalat and the sights we visited. Although there were a lot of stops the tour didn't feel rushed. I particularly liked the bee farm visit and the coffee farm visit.

Our guide Gon was very familiar with every location we visited, told us a lot of interesting facts and continuously used jokes )
Bus was comfortable all locations are interesting.
Only one thing can make tour better - to spend more time on waterfall and garden near coffee plantation because 30 and 40 min not enough to enjoy the beautiful views and take enough photos

The tour was nice, it didn't feel rushed at all and we got to see a lot of places. The reason we're only giving 3 stars is because of the lunch. We had no say in where we ate lunch, and the place we were brought to seemed very unsanitary and the food wasn't good. As a result my partner and I have since been ill. Especially as we have to pay for our own lunch it would be better if we got to choose where we eat. Apart from that, the tour was very enjoyable and we saw a lot of Dalat.

Unfortunately as is the case across Vietnam, many of the stops on this tour made us feel a little uncomfortable (and we weren't alone in feeling that) - from the questionable ethics of the tour guide, through to the housing conditions of the animals along the way. Maybe we should have expected this given the cheap price of the day, but I wouldn't expect Viator to be so willing to support the stops.
Great parts:
- pongour waterfalls
- group size was small
- linh an pagoda was nice
- good pace of day
Not so great parts:
- The first stop was for weasel coffee, which whilst tasty coffee highlighted some pretty basic living conditions for the weasels in bare concrete boxes with tin roofs. The same place also offered elephant rides, which made us extremely uncomfortable that we were supporting this by visiting.
- Bee and honey farm: this wasn't advertised at the time of booking, and it turned out one of the visitors on the tour was extremely allergic of bees and therefore pretty scared to be taken. The tour guide really didn't seem to care at all despite the group saying we didn't have to go.
- Lunch was pretty basic and definitely charged at tourist price (100,000 pp)
- The cricket farm also demonstrated some horrible living conditions for animals - in this case rabbits, crocodiles and guinea pigs in inhumane cages.
- The tour guide had pretty basic English so we didn't exactly learn anything, as we would have hoped to on a tour - there was also two languages in the group so we each got half the story

On Thursday 23rd we had a great trip with Nguc tour guide from Happy day travel who treated us to a great day of entertainment and knowledge about the Bee farm, 2 different waterfalls one being the elephant waterfalls and C viet coffee farm which we had the chance taste great coffee. A day we'll enjoyed can't recommend enough this great trip
