My plane was delayed and when I talked to the driver about staying for the next flight to collect my missing luggage he assured me I could get a later ride with the next group to come through, only to find out later I was going to need to "convince the couple to let me ride along." Needless to say I never got my ride and had to pay Uber $220 for the exact same ride I had paid to Viator. Since I never got my ride to Girona I would expect a refund. Very disappointed.

Dear Ann_C. We are very upset that you are disappointed. But agree, your flight was delayed, the driver waited for you, then it turned out that your luggage was lost, the driver also waited for some time, in total the driver waited almost 3 hours of working time, which should be paid. You can submit claims to the airline, since due to the fault of the airline you lost your transfer and the airline must compensate you for the costs.
