They don’t pick up from half the places listed and then act dumb the day of. Go through the website it’s cheaper than Viator who tacks on like an additional $60-80

Booked this trip, did not go on the trip because the driver arrived early and we were not told of the arrival time by the company or our resort. They refused to reimburse us our money. This is not a good tour, their communication is poor. They wanted to book another day, but we had other things booked those days, still they refused to refund us.

This activity was not only fun but informative. Our guide was very knowledgeable of rainforest and gladly shared information about the plants, birds, and other animals that might be found in the area. The tram ride was an excellent way of seeing the forest without spending a day hiking. The views from the highest point provided the opportunity to see both the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. Zip lining was fun. The guides put safety first and to that end we zipped away on short, long and steep runs. I recommend this activity for all ages

Fantastic experience in the rainforest, the transport arrived on time thanks to Nick, and Dela was an excellent honest, if your worried about zip wire, like I was they really look after you and you will enjoy the whole trip

We had a fantastic time doing this experience. The zip-lining, hike in the rainforest & aerial tram ride were amazing. We were well looked after by our guides Josiah on the rainforest hike & zip-lining & Marcia on the tram ride.

Really enjoyed this experience. Lovely (approx 1 hour) tram ride through the rain forest with a knowledgeable and interesting guide aboard. Then a (mostly) uphill hike to the beginning of the zip line course. Not too strenuous but a little bit challenging due to uneven ground, tree roots, rocks etc. Totally doable though. The zip lining is fun and all safety standards were followed. Would recommend.

The guide was knowledgeable and friendly. It was a little dis-organized at the beginning and end knowing where to go, who to speak to, even when it was officially over. The 'hike' was really just the walk to and between the zip line platforms but the guide did point out foliage and plants along the way and give some details about them.

Very poor communications, received an email the day before the experience with the time and place for pick up. No one showed up. After 1 hour we finally made contact with the company and we're told we were at the wrong meeting place. However we were at the meeting place that was stated on our email, apparently another email should have been sent to us with the amended pick up point. We were picked up 1 hour late and completed the Zip wire experience after all.

Wonderful experience! One of the best zip lines we have ever done. Our guides were amazing- Yanisha & (can’t remember but in photo below). They were very patient and helpful. I had trouble walking up the steep hill back to the tram and they took my gear off and carried it for me. Our bus driver stopped 2x and picked local fruit for us to taste- a very nice touch. This whole tour was run very professionally.

Very poor communication from the excursion staff. We were at the lobby 15 minutes prior to our scheduled pickup time only to be told the excursion car had already been there and left.
When I called the excursion operator, they said they sent me an email indicating the pickup time. They did not send an email or call. They did however send an instant message through the Viator app at 8:30 indicating the would pick us up at 8:20.
Not only was the message sent after the pickup time, the Viator app does have a notification system when an instant message is received.
In my opinion, Viator needs to work with the excursion companies to improve their communication to the customer.

This was a fun day out, despite the pouring rain. We felt very safe on the zip wires, as you are harnessed up and clipped on securely. The only hassle was at the beginning, when you need to be tech savvy to sign the disclaimer form. However, they do have paper copies to sign for those that are having difficulty.
It is great to see the lush vegetation and the guide gave us information about what we were seeing. The walking is not too strenuous.

The driver claimed he was at our resort to pick us up at 9AM but NEVER came. We were ready by 8:30AM and waiting in lobby. We had front desk call the driver and that's when the lying driver stated he was present but the front desk confirmed, he never came. So we were forced to rebook for next day, we had to modify our remainder of excursions accordingly. Very very very disappointed by unpunctual and untruthful approach.

This is a must do while visiting St. Lucia! Mel and Vernall were the best guides. Mel has an amazing sense of humor and is incredibly knowledgable about the rainforest. Everything was so well maintained and everyone was so friendly. I have to give a special shout out to Mel. She made the experience a ten out of ten!

We had a great time on this excursion! The only downfall was we didn’t an email about pick up time so our driver waited 40 min for us…luckily he waited and we were still able to do everything (we just felt so bad!). Everyone was super friendly and it was amazing to see!

Wonderful experience! Ride to the facility was interesting to say the least, but the staff was great especially Mel and Tani. The hike is more strenuous than anticipated but was pretty short. Views were spectacular and the zip lines were a blast.

We have been wanting to zip line on vacation for a long time, and this was the perfect place to try it. The rainforest was gorgeous and guides were very entertaining. A great way to spend the day seeing the sights and having an adventure!

Great trip, guides were very knowledgeable about the rainforest and pointed out things of interest. We then did the zip lines which was great fun. The guides were reassuring and encouraging. Don’t wear white a final zip lines splattered whole group with oil. If you get the chance do this trip.
