Fun Activity but changes needed.

I was very excited about this activity but lots of things I did not like. Our guide was smoking on his quad and cigarette smoke blowing in our face. That’s definitely something that I would not let employees do! The quads broke down twice! Wasted time. I signed up for a 6:00 pm time slot and they called and told me to be ready at 4:30 pick up. I think they didn’t have anyone for 6 and moved us.

First of all, you haven't read the purchase details. How can you do a two-hour sunset tour at 6:00 PM when the sunset is at 6:30 PM where you are? I called you and explained. I said I could cancel the reservation. You said you would be able to attend. Guides don't smoke during the tour. But what if you go to the guide during a break and complain that he's smoking? Also, the ATV isn't broken. You just didn't use it correctly.
