Upon arrival in the Calchaqui Valley, proceed to wineries on either the west or east side of the region. One option includes visits to the El Esteco and El Porvenir de los Andes, the other includes San Pedro de Yacochuya and Piattelli Vineyards. Regardless of the option chosen on the day of your tour, taste some of the best wines in the Argentinian Northwest amidst stunning scenery.
Each winery visit includes a tour and tasting guided by an experienced sommelier. Learn about the particulars of these wines, how the grapes are grown, harvested, and processed. You also make a stop at the Museum of the Vine and Wine.
Following your tours and tastings, take a break for lunch (own expense). Head back to your hotel in Cafayate for drop-off.
