Booked a 3hr tour but lasted only 2hr with only one 10min & another 20min stop.
Microphone intermittent fault.

We arrived almost an hour early to confirm the location. The staff behind the counter were awful and rude. The 9:00 trolley was confirmed. As we waited, they told us everything from the trolley was off to get gas, to the roads are closed and the trolley can't get thru, to just a minute and I will work out something for you. They cancelled our tour because they sold the trolley to the Norwegian Cruise Line. They clearly knew this from the get go. We wasted our time and the opportunity for another tour. Don't trust your time to a tour with them. They did refund our money.

The commentary on the trolley bus was a bit hard to hear and understand but this did not really matter too much. The route taken gave a good overview of the peninsular and the scenery was fantastic. We had 3 stops to get out and take pictures.

We had booked through Trip Advisor. Our guide contacted us with instructions to meet at a specific spot at 8:30. No one greeted us, but a different tour company was at the location with their trolly. The woman at the reception desk had no idea that we were booked, in spite of showing her our ticket. Finally she contacted the number on our ticket and we were told it was “OK”. Tour was to depart at 9:00 didn’t get underway until 9:45 and the guide’s microphone didn’t work. Beautiful Island, but not the best experience,

My husband and I booked this tour.
The tour itself showed us parts of the island that we would have never seen without it.
The negatives are the address didn’t match up with the Bridgette Bardot Statue mentioned. So we finally asked locals where the statue was instead of going with the address.
Once loaded and ready to go. We were told that we had to wait on one more. After waiting 15 minutes that person finally arrived. Then we drive 5 minutes down the road and told we had to wait for another couple who were lost. We waited for 15 minutes. This happened one more time.
I realize the company didn’t want to leave anybody behind but they really frustrated the rest of the tour group.
The tour was also scheduled for three hours but it ended up being a little more than 2 hours. Which ended up being ok as we were ready to get off the trolley.

The driver didn’t show up. We called and they said they could do it the next day. We had already paid tickets and on a cruise so next day wasn’t an option. We have applied for a refund

We had an excellent tour of Buzios, helped very much by having an enthusiastic tour guide. He was only 15 but spoke excellent English.
We highly recommend this tour otherwise you see very little of Buzios which is quite charming.

The tour was actually pretty good but the tour guide started the tour 15 - 20 minutes late while he tried to get additional people to go for 15.00 less than we paid. He only decided to leave when some of the paid guests started to yell and got pretty irate. It was very uncomfortable.

Driver was on first trip, needs to be trained, she did a good job of answering questions but didn't talk unless asked.
