No llegan por ti! Pésimo

El tour nunca se realizó!!! Se agendó todo, y el día que nos pasaban a buscar a las 5:30 am, después de esperar un rato, nadie llegó por nosotros! Una falta de profesionalismo muy grande, ya que Uno organiza sus vacaciones y los días y confía en que van q llegar por uno y finalmente es un día perdido... Nos contactamos con la agencia y fueron muy amables, explicando que a ellos nunca les llegó la notificación de Tripadvisor. Pero fue un muy mal rato.

MIss, please remove this review. We had an agreement. We explained to you that viator did not send us any info of this tour to us. We imediately sent you the refund. We even offered another dive in the afternoon but you declined it. You need to keep your word and remove this please. You are not reviewing trip advisor, you are reviewing us
