Car used for the trip was clean and comfortable. Drive to the locations smooth. The trip was nice.
The tour felt relaxed and not rushed. We got to spend enough time in every location. Our guide went with us all the way, translating for us, and giving us tips where best to go, take pictures, eat.
The guest house we stayed in was comfortable and clean. Food served was also delicious.
Our guide was very friendly and helpful. Communcation in English was not an issue. We had a great time, we felt safe with our guide, and he was also very helpful in making sure we get the best value to anything we buy.
Overall, 100% recommended. Take this out if you want to experience the sights and life outside of the metropolis.

Yernar was absolutely brilliant! Despite us booking only the day before he was helpful, accommodating, patient and kind. I would highly recommend him for a tour in and around Almaty.
