Although it was hot, the tour was really enjoyable, interesting and informative. The tour guide certainly knew his stuff and provided a wealth of historical and cultural information about Almaty and Kazakhstan in general. Also, there was interesting info provided on the sites and streets that we saw.
I am glad we attended this tour.

Guide was able to really provide solid informed information about the history across all aspects. It was a good introduction to the country and helped pull the threads together from my visit to the museum. He made this a personalised tour and we covered quite a lot of highlights! This is good if you don’t have a lot of time or want to take a deeper dive into history and key differences in culture and some regions of Kazakhstan!

Chingis was my tour guide & was in a small group.
Chingis was very good at explaining the history & was very knowledgeable. The Cathedral was very interesting & getting to see amazing architecture.
We got to see Kazakhstan army practicing their drill. The statues were amazing.
There is so much history I learnt.
I would highly recommend this tour !
