Jenny was great lots of fun, warm and friendly. Waterfall was gorgeous even if it was raining didn't change the atmosphere.

This tour should not be advertised as waterfall tour in dry season. Overpriced. Without the actual waterfall is just a pond.
Our tour guide Donna was great. She took us to few extra look outs.
The place we had lunch was amazing.
I would recommend this tour only in wet season if you would like to see waterfall.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! No water in waterfall, inexperienced driver couldn’t be heard inside the van because no audio system, boring route with little to see. Beaches were not recommended to swim in by the guide.

Unfortunately this tour was disappointing. There had been a major accident on the highway with Police closing off the road and our tour guide was not sure if the detour would get us to the waterfall even though she lived local and Google maps was telling us what roads to take. Eventually we got there but due to the dry season there was no waterfall just a sprinkle of water. We were then taken to the boat ramp at Proserpine River and a deserted beach at Conway Beach which were neither here nor there. The only savings grace was lunch at the Northerlies which was very nice. In terms of value for money, we thought it was very expensive and probably wouldn't recommend the tour

Really enjoyed our day out to Cedar Falls. The falls are beautiful and we loved taking the walk to the top to look over. Swimming in the pool was a delightful and refreshing experience. Jenny, our guide, was brilliant - she was so knowledgeable about the area and a hilarious, warm and friendly character who kept the day running smoothly. The snacks were delicious and plentiful, and the lunch at Northerlies was very nice with a gorgeous backdrop. A fab trip and very highly recommended.

Deb the tour guide made this a great experience- we had a small group so we travelled to neighbouring area and visited quirky little shops only a local would find. Waterfall was restful and peaceful and lunch at the northerlies was delicious

Sten and Larissa were fantastic! But the tour was not. The company shouldn't be running a waterfalls trip in the dry season. There were no falls. It was boring and just a pool of murky water.

We met our Guide Donna and proceeded to the bus. Great trip up to the Falls where we spent some time swimming and climbing to the top we then proceeded to put lunch stop at Northlies. Lunch was very generous and a complimentary drink included bite NO BUBBLES. We had mentioned that our cruise ship had changed the all aboard tone to 2.30 instead of 4pm! Donna very helpful and drove us to the ship earlier than she had to. The other guests stayed on at
Northlies as planned a d she went back for them! Great service from this company. 👏

It was only a taxi drive to one waterfall. I though we would be walking to explore the park and see more waterfalls, but we stayed 3 hours in one waterfall, headed lunch and came back…

Haphazardly put together for $158. More of a backpacker trip, or an expensive 30mins taxi ride to Cedar Creek Falls, which was crowded on a Sunday and not the cleanest water to swim in. Morning tea was biscuits, apple/pear and a snack bar. Lunch was at Northerlies Beach Resort, and was good food. But you can go there anytime yourself using their free courtesy bus service from Airlie Beach. As it is just a resort.
The boys Scott and Jesse were lovely. But scripted, without much genuine knowledge of the fauna and flora of the area.
I had better expectations of this tour, after reading previous reviews. I was sadly mistaken.
The tour operator, Red Cat Adventures are great at doing reef trips in their boats. And I enjoyed going on the reef trips on Thunder and Tongarra. I would suggest go with them on the reef trips, but give this one a miss !!

Scotty was awesome. Great local knowledge of the Aboriginal culture. Saw a turtle and great views from the top of the waterfall.

Scotty, our guide was very informative and even stopped to get some bananas at the beginning.
Though there was no visible waterfall we hiked up the two levels to look out from the top. Ut's steep but not too hard as Scotty was giving a hand as well.
You could even see some wildlife, like small monitor lizards or even turtles.
A well worth trip with a good luch at Northerlies. Relaxing and refreshing.

Hiking to the source of the waterfall and seeing other smaller waterfalls up there.
Watching people jumping from the water fall up high.
The meal in the resort was very special.
Our guides, two young women were very experienced, informative and supporting.
Use of the resort for the rest of the day.

We had the best day on the waterfall tour. Penny was our tour guide and from the moment we got on the bus she was very informative, friendly and always up for a chat.
We had a relaxing swim at the waterfalls and was so beautiful despite not having the waterfalls running. Penny called in to Conway's beach as we had abit of time to kill before lunch and also stopped at the lil Cafe so I could grab a coffee... talk about service!!! She was amazing and we highly recommend red cat adventures for any tours in Airlie Beach.

Organización estupenda en tiempo y forma. Excursión muy agradable y apta para todos los públicos y muy agradable para "huir" del calor sofocante. El equipo es muy profesional y divertido y tanto los snacks (algunos de ellos caseros), y el restaurante dónde comimos, maravillosos. Muy recomendable.
