Dont book thru Viator. Tickets no good at gate. Couldn't figure out how to use. No QR code. Couldn't get assistance. I bought at location
Was very unique. Not well suited for toddlers or baby's in half the area. But waa fun. Main issue was app didnt work well, im guessing do to all the people
What awesome experience. I wanted to surprise my daughter with something she would love and not expect, and this did not disappoint. We had so much fun! this is an experience not to miss.
That this booking site took our $ but we could not access our tickets and had to pay twice as much to enter TeamLab. Very poor customer service. TeamLab itself is definitely worth visiting but don’t buy tickets thru Viator.

The water room for me was the best except the last exhibit of moving flowers which me made me feel nauseous. Took a break outside afterwards. The athletics garden was disappointing just too many people. The big ball room was fun. The garden room would have been good but it had enough by then. It was virtually impossible to take photos without other people in them. Judging by the potential queue lines the museum was not that busy !?! I would hate to be there at a super busy time.

Next level creativity and we were in awed by the experience. Highly recommended and take your time to enjoy.
It starts off slow then gets better over time. We didn’t know what to expect but it was really nice and the family enjoyed it. Be prepared to walk barefoot and wear shorts you’ll thank me later.
