This was a personalized tour based on what we wanted to learn about Nice. This was our introduction so our guide Benoit tailored the tour meet our needs. We walked all of old town and ended at the promenade, Learned a lot and got some great ideas of things to see while we were there. Recommend as an intro or area of focus that you would like to learn about as Benoit was flexible and willing to tailor the tour to what you want.
The guide never showed up
Did not answer the phone and did not answer WhatsApp .
We waited 40 minutes
Some confusion about the booking. Got 2 hour tour but paid for three. Also , if you want to see the market, you need a morning tour.
Our guide was amazing. He did a fantastic job working with a mixed groups of kids and adults and made it fun for everyone
Benoit was terrific. He was informative and interesting. He met the interests of our very diverse group. He also provided a wonderful list of recommendations for restaurants and shopping.
the guide wasn't very good; the guide didn't tell us where to go or give us a guided tour, but simply asked us where we wanted to go, and that's not the point – the point is that someone who knows the destination should guide us.
The overall walk was well planned and occurred all the right places. The weather helped!!

This was an absolutely amazing g way to see Nice. A panoramic view of the city all along the Rue de Anglais. It was very scenic and pleasant the old city, the flower markets, the beautiful cathedrals and architecture. This is a must do tour for an overview of the city and its neighborhoods. Highly recommend it s d the tour guide was amazing.
Ok to get to know your surroundings. No deep knowledge though of the history and city. I would not do it again.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our two-hour private tour of Nice with Aram. It was a delightful experience having a younger and more relatable tour guide who took us around the Old Town and shared the city’s unique history. Aram was punctual, friendly, and easy to communicate with, making our tour an excellent and enjoyable experience.
We had a custom 4 hours Nice tour with Loris. The tour guide was very nice as a person but was not knowledgeable/did not talk a lot.
When the tour started, I was stunned when the tour guide started reading the statements about Nice from his phone. I hoped it would get better and gave him a chance.
I had to ask pointed questions based on what I read about Nice prior to coming there. Maybe there was a language barrier but I did not feel engaged or learned anything new. This was waste of money. I could have done the city walk myself. Viator did not respond to my request for a refund and I received a direct message to my Whatsapp from Loris accusing me of being not a nice and fake person. So unprofessional!

In two hours we asked Tina to give us a feel for both Central and Vieux Nice. She did fantastic, showing us all the major attractions, shopping and dining areas. As well, where to avoid tourist traps. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed Tina and her wonderful personality. I highly recommend working with Tina.

Pro tip: book a three hour tour and ask your guide to stick to a two hour itinerary. That way the tour is much more leisurely and you will have the chance to look at things a bit more closely. Well worth the additional fee.

We booked the walking tour in Nice with lovely Gaya. Our highlight was the view from the hill all over Nice with the waterfall in the back. Gaya told us a lot during the tour, she was really friendly and flexible. She even helped us finding a dinner table for 10 people. We would absolutely recommend this trip.
Marie was very nice, she was very helpful, answer all our questions, so that we could get oriented in Nice. She also helped to find a nice restaurant on the beach, it was not so easy, as we didn’t make a reservation . It was amazing !

I recommend Gaya most highly. She expertly guided us through Nice so that by the end we knew our way around Nice, so we could relax and enjoy this beautiful city all day and evening. My husband and I chose three hours and enjoyed every minute. We saw every highlight, and we were 100% happy and delighted. Gaya is efficient, professional, knowledgeable and reliable. She gave us great advice for activities later and provided info how to get around. And she took photos for us.that were marvelous.
Gaya made us feel like she was our long lost aunt taking us around Nice. She is humble, incredibly friendly, was like a family member with our daughter, and gave us the most memorable tour of Nice. This tour was part of my wife’s birthday present from me and I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. We were so happy with Gaya we asked her to be our guide another two days - including a trip to Monaco. She’s the best!
Marie Mol was our tour guide. She went way beyond what was on our list. Since this was a private tour , she sensed what our interests were and gave us a complete experience of Nice and its neighborhood. Being a history student, she was very knowledgeable.
