Never received QR code required for admittance into the exhibit. Ended up buying a additinsl ticket. The actual church is quite impressive.

Visiting the Chora happened to be a true highlight of my time in Istanbul! The atmosphere and experience in this church filled with 14th century mosaics and frescoes exceeded all my expectations. The Chora is indeed the Sistine Chapel of Istanbul ( Constantinople)!

The Chora Church Museum Skip-the-Ticket-Line Entry with Audio Guide is a self-guided attraction experience. It does not include a meeting point, a tour guide, or a physical ticket that needs to be collected. Guests are expected to go directly to the attraction and use their digital admission ticket through the Istanbul Tourist Pass® app. Your confirmation email included the necessary access link to enter the app and access your ticket. The difficulty you initially experienced when accessing the app was due to the access code being entered incorrectly. When you were unable to access your electronic ticket, our team contacted the attraction staff directly and provided your ticket to them. Your ticket was then successfully redeemed, and you were able to enter and visit the attraction. For this reason, we would like to clarify that the ticket was not missing and there was no meeting point where a representative was expected to meet you. The experience was provided as advertised, and our team actively assisted in resolving the ticket access issue so that you could complete your visit. We appreciate your feedback, as it also gives us an opportunity to clarify the process for future guests. For this type of self-guided experience, guests should go directly to the attraction after accessing their digital ticket through the app. If there is ever any difficulty accessing the ticket, our support team is always happy to assist. Tickets didn’t arrive via email as they should. We requested and received a refund from Viator. We bought our tickets directly from Chora Church - definitely worth visiting!

Definitely worth seeing. Fabulous mosaics of biblical events. It’ll take about two hours and there’s free audio. They provide Wi-Fi but bring your own headset.
