Daniel and Oliver! Best paella experience ever!
Daniel and Oliver were so knowledgeable and incredible! We had the best time, Daniel spent the perfect amount of time at each stop and explained the freshness and history of the market :) he was so fun and playful and Oliver did a fantastic job at explaining our wines and our glasses were never empty. 10/10, you must do this experience with Daniel and Oliver in Valencia! Best experience we had in Valencia! Thank you!

Wow Wow Wow
This class was so fun. The tour guide, Julieta, was an absolute delight. Rafa, the chef, was very kind, knowledgeable, and funny. Youyou are shuttled from the city roughly 40 minutes into the countryside where you get to spend the day laughing, learning to cook paella, sipping refreshing sangria wine beer or soft drinks, and taking in the beautiful scenery of the orchard.

Great Food and Better Conversation
The chefs were informative and answered all questions. It was a great mix of people from several countries who shared their experiences while visiting Spain and culinary expertise. The food from start to finish was fresh, tasty, and enjoyable. The sangria was flowing and each participant was able to be hands on in the small groups. Sharing an experience and meal with strangers is something I highly reccomend no matter what city you visit!

Paella Perfection!
We had such a great time learning to make paella with Jose. We ate tapas, drank vermouth, had wonderful conversation and watched carefully while Jose made paella in his kitchen. He clearly loves to cook and to share his knowledge with others. I had high expectations and they were exceeded. In addition to learning how to make paella, we learned some history of Spanish food, drinks and recipes. He also provided us with a booklet with recipes for everything we (he) made.
This was a great way to spend a few hours in Valencia. It was like cooking and eating at a friend's house. And I'm betting it will be the best meal you have in Valencia and probably even in Spain! Highly recommend.
Thank you Jose!

Came for the Paella but blown away by the cake
Came to this class to learn how to make paella, which we did, and it was a great experience, but my favorite thing was learning how to make a Valencia “cocoa,” which is cake. Very simple recipe that is very versatile and very delicious. We also learned how to make a tortilla Española. Well worth it. Wonderful experience.

It’s all about the tapas.
Tapas are one of the top reasons to visit Spain. Maria took us on a tour of the old city and gave us a great perspective of the old and new. But this tour is about tapas and local favorite places to enjoy them. Sant Jaume was my favorite and worth a return visit. Best of all, Maria was great company and my wife and I enjoyed spending a memorable afternoon with her.
