A must-do tour in Ulanbaataar with an professional team !

The experience is a must-do ! The tour was so smooth with all experiences taken care of . Our guide for the day was a young, 2 years-experience Mongolian student but armed with great knowledge and a wonderful demeanor, also a special mention to the driver, Mr. Bagan, who is a very entertaining character ! Both spoke good English and clearly enjoy their job. I did read some of the reviewers who were unhappy with their transportation, calling it an old and uncomfortable car. Well, while it’s true it is not a new or modern van, I found it spacious, quite comfortable and did its job very well. They even carry fold-up chair for us to relax like a picnic tour . The experience is as advertised and really fun but also provide us a lot of information about the history and culture of Mongolia ! Really love this tour and recommend to everyone who are spending time in Ulaanbaatar !

My day with Bee and Soy...

My day with Bee and Soy was amazing. I loved that the experience was in a traditional ger. I learned so much about Mongolian culture, the food they eat, and the way it is prepared and cooked. Bee and Soy were very kind, welcoming, and eager to teach me some of their ways and customs. I highly recommend this tour. It was a wonderful way to begin my tour in Mongolia.

Excellent service to and from UBN

I used them both for UBN pickup and dropoff and they were great. My inbound flight was delayed significantly and I contacted them in advance to give them a heads up - they responded immediately and tweaked the pickup accordingly. Both before arrival and departure I received a details WhatsApp message outlining make and model of car, license plate, driver's name, etc so everything was well and clear before I hopped into the vehicle.

It was an excellent tour.

Even in July the weather here is cold and windy. Bring your jacket just in case. The tour guide, Michelle(?) was excellent. She has informed us when to come back to the bus for the next destination, and was very accommodating. Not like other more expensive tours which collects all of the admission fees and the expenses up front whether you like it or not, this tour let us decide whether or not we want to participate at certain attractions or not. I recommend this tour to everyone who likes freedom and free-spirited. Thank you Michelle!

Can’t miss this tour

Byambaa (aka Brian) was excellent. His deep knowledge of the Tibetan Buddhist faith gave us an insight into the philosohy that allowed us to apreciate the temples more than we expected. He was attentive to all our needs and limitations which made for a very enjoyable tour. If we ever have the proviledge of returning to UBN, we will seek him out.

I had a truly wonderful experience exploring Ulaanbaatar and its surroundings with Byamba.
