Beautiful scenery
The views at Shala River and Komani Lake were absolutely beautiful and definitely worth seeing. The boat ride through the mountains was peaceful, and the water at Shala River was crystal clear.
The day was quite long with a lot of travelling, so be prepared for an early start and a late finish. There was enough time to enjoy the scenery, although I would have liked a little longer at Shala River.
Overall, the tour was well organised, our guide Noel was friendly, and everything ran smoothly. If you’re visiting Albania, it’s a lovely day trip for the incredible natural scenery.

A Perfect Day in Berat
I had a fantastic day exploring Berat! Our guide Kladji was friendly, knowledgeable, and organised throughout the trip. They shared the history and culture of Berat in an engaging way while making sure everyone felt included and comfortable. The pace of the tour was perfect, with enough free time to explore and take photos. Everything was well planned, and the day ran smoothly from start to finish. Thank you for making this visit to one of Albania’s most beautiful cities such a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Albania!

Daytrip to North Macedonia and Ohrid
What a great trip!
Beautiful scenic roads in a very well equipped bus, with a few small pitstops.
During the travel, the guide Nolan told us about the history of North Macedonia and close relationships to Albania🇦🇱, and other key details, before crossing the border to North Macedonia 🇲🇰
We were then handed over to local tour guide from Ohrid (I think his name was Phil) to tell the group more about the details and history of the town. Beautiful monastery and churches and old town feelings.
Then we had some time for ourselves and then headed back to the bus and journey home.
Now some practical topics:
- slippery cobblestone (especially if rainy) bring good shoes
- opt to take boat ride back after tour, for another approx 700 lek. (walk back is approx 15 min, pretty flat terrain compared to the climb at the start)
- bring swimming trunks/bathing suit if you want to do a quick dip in the lake (we missed this as there was no mention about it in itinerary)
-departures and pitstops are well timed, must be precise otherwise might have to run after the bus
- in Ohrid, make sure to exchange to N.M. dinars, or have € prepped. (Especially for smaller purchases as entry fee, souvenirs). But for food at resturant they normally take card.

Good day spent, beautiful scenery
Trip was long but worth it. Driver did amazing job, and the guide was awesome, very impressive that he remembered everyone names from the first meet and greet. Enough and plenty of times for all 3 locations to enjoy. Ksamil is very beautiful. This tour gave highlights to area I probably won’t go on my own.

I had a fantastic day...
I had a fantastic day visiting Kruja Castle and the Sarisalltik site — a truly memorable experience from start to finish. Our guide Arber was a cool guy: relaxed, welcoming, and effortlessly organised. The WhatsApp group he set up beforehand was a real bonus — clear tips, timely updates, and helpful reminders made meeting up and planning transport straightforward and stress-free.
Arber brought the history to life with sharp facts and charming anecdotes, and his sense of humour kept everyone engaged throughout the walk. The castle’s dramatic views and the atmospheric Old Bazaar were real highlights, and Arber pointed out local details you’d otherwise miss. Practical details were handled smoothly, the pace was comfortable, and the group vibe was relaxed and enjoyable.
If you’re heading to Kruja and thinking about the Sarisalltik tour, I’d highly recommend going with Arber — great communication, brilliant guiding, and a genuinely enjoyable day out.

Gamti Mountain and Bovilla Lake
Bovilla Lake & Gamti Mountain - Toni our guide was very welcoming and informative. He made the trip fun! It was a hilly climb to the cafe so you do need some level of fitness but you can stay at the cafe if you don't want to complete the rest of the mountain walk. I'm not great with heights but found the walk and stair climb ok I just took my time. The views were amazing and worth seeing. We got 30 mins at the end to swim in a part of the lake it was really refreshing I would bring swimwear to be able to experience this as it was my best part of the trip. Also special mention to the driver it was a very tricky drive through uneven dirt roads and I felt very safe with his driving

Montenegro
We had a really enjoyable trip to Kotor. Our guide Vasil was very helpful throughout the day and provided excellent recommendations and information before we arrived.
The visit to the Old Town was a highlight of the trip. The historic streets, architecture, and atmosphere made it a memorable experience, and the tips and suggestions we received helped us make the most of our time there.
Overall, everything was well organized, and we appreciated our guide's friendly attitude and local knowledge. Thank you for helping make our visit to Kotor enjoyable.

Our guide was very...
Our guide was very knowledgeable and eager to share everything she knew. My version of the tour started in Prizen and then to Pristina. Prizen was charming and our guide was able to point out all the historic points of interest before the museum. I chose free time instead of the museum and was able to get in some shopping and a very filling lunch at a by our guide. Pristina was meaningful and a great learning experience through monuments and street art.

Great day trip
We had an absolutely fantastic day exploring Sarandë, Ksamil, the Blue Eye, and the Vjosa River, and a huge part of that was thanks to Claudia.
From the moment we met her, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy. She was knowledgeable and informative throughout the entire tour, sharing interesting facts and local insights that made every stop even more meaningful. She was also very accommodating, making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves.
What really stood out was her kindness and genuine enthusiasm. She created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, and it felt like we were exploring Albania with a friend rather than just a tour guide.
Thank you, Claudia, for making our day so memorable. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Albania, and we feel very lucky to have had you as our guide!

Show is highly recommended, dinner much less
Very nice show (storytelling, dancing, singing), with active involvement of the audience. (rate: 5)
Dishes served in followed dinner were basic. (rate: 3)
Decided to provide a rate of 5 to the overall activity, because of the main reason I booked the tickets for.
Two comments about the show:
A. Air conditions were leaking water all over the show. The organizer know it for a long time but they leave it with no resolution.
B. There are only a bunch of seats in the show venue. Most of the audience were seating on the floor (flat pillows were provided) and breaking their back or standing for 90min. It is advised to come at least 30min before the show starts to grab a seat.

Day trip to Budva, Montenegro from Tirana
This has been a long day trip which stretched almost whole day. The weather was unexpectedly rainy so it could not be helped. At day's end the bus got broken before Montenegron border crossing so kudos to our driver and guide who tried their best to fix it to running condition and got us back to Tirana. I would definitely recommend. Our guide was also knowledgeable about Albania's culture and history so he shared a lot of good information.
