Horrible start, counfusions about my pick up point I had to make a 13 mins call to Viator but it was eventually sorted. The staff made the experience super special. Our driver George and tour guide whose name I've forgotten "Milo" or something with a M was absolutely amazing. The journey back was like coming back from a school...quizzes, songs, bunters, just great laugh. I did another trip later where the staff "encouraged" tips but these ones didn't but I wish they did. I didn't know if tips were allowed so didn't give any but those 2 really deserved it. Please guys, start saying tips are welcome. North Macedonia, a great worthwhile trip but the staff, cherry on top. M, I never got my reward for getting questions right, you owe me but I super appreciate you and George, stay blessed.

Long day but covered a lot of ground. Very knowledgable guide, great sense of humor and the bus driver does an excellent job . We had a full bus (52) and Toni kept us up to date on everything from pickup to timings at each stop. Highly recommend this tour of some of the highlights of Albania

Very well organized excursion. The driver took us professionally to the lake. On the way, we could enjoy beautiful mountain views. A very nice cruise in the lake, you just need to bring clothes to avoid splashing in the water. The water in the river is cool, but the atmosphere leads to relaxation. I recommend.

We had such a great day! The hike was absolutely beautiful, with incredible scenery and breathtaking views along the way. Luis was an amazing tour guide — knowledgeable, friendly, and so funny. He made the experience even more enjoyable and made the whole trip so much better. We had such a memorable time and would definitely recommend this tour!

This was such a great experience, from start to finish! Dressing up in albanian traditional clothing, being seated with other guests in a traditional setting for an albanian show/wedding with songs, dancing, we loved everything of the show, the animator was a great performer and even our kids aged 6-8-10 loved the show. Definitely recommended for the whole family!

What a fantastic experience i will not forget. The scenery was stunning. Pick up in the morning with our Driver and tour guide Dritan was exactly on time. Information and some stops for refreshments on the way. Mountain road was incredible. Then onto the vally below. Truly amazing scenery. Lovely lunch pre ordered just before we set off on the return journey back to Tirana. While here one of the tour group was extremely ill. I have to give a hugh shout out to our guide Dritan who was faced with a very difficult situation. He handled it extremely professionally and with such care and understanding for the lady. Thankfully after some hours she made a full recovery while on the return back. This trip i would highly recommend. Its a long day out but so worth it.

Armela was one of the best tour guides I have ever had! She was thorough, but succinct and made sure to hit the highlights while giving us plenty of free time to check things out in both cities. I really appreciated the pacing and it made the day go by quickly even with a lot of driving involved in the tour (which I find can get monotonous).

We had an absolutely fantastic day exploring Sarandë, Ksamil, the Blue Eye, and the Vjosa River, and a huge part of that was thanks to Claudia. From the moment we met her, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and full of positive energy. She was knowledgeable and informative throughout the entire tour, sharing interesting facts and local insights that made every stop even more meaningful. She was also very accommodating, making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. What really stood out was her kindness and genuine enthusiasm. She created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, and it felt like we were exploring Albania with a friend rather than just a tour guide. Thank you, Claudia, for making our day so memorable. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Albania, and we feel very lucky to have had you as our guide!
