Top Puglia Cocktail Tastings

Learn the art of cocktail making in one of Lecce's most stunning settings — the exotic tropical garden of Querencia Exotic Bar. Led by expert bartenders, this hands-on masterclass lets you choose your path: classic mixology or Caribbean Tiki style. You'll discover the history behind the world's most iconic drinks, learn professional techniques used since the golden age of cocktail culture, and — most importantly — shake, stir, and build your very own cocktail from scratch. Small groups only (3 to 15 guests) for a truly personal and interactive experience.

Welcome to the tropics — right in the heart of Lecce. Querencia Exotic Bar is the only tiki bar in the city, a one-of-a-kind restaurant, cocktail bar, and cigar bar wrapped in lush exotic vegetation, colored lights, and a full pirate atmosphere. Two sprawling tropical gardens set the scene for an unforgettable dinner, where Caribbean-style mixology meets fresh, quality ingredients. With a selection of over 800 rum labels, this is a place that makes you forget the present and lose yourself in another world — without ever leaving Lecce.

Step into Lecce's only 1920s-style speakeasy, hidden in a baroque building facing a stunning 16th-century Greek church. SaloonKeeper 1933 recreates the glamour and mystery of the Prohibition era, with original vintage furnishings, Chester sofas, low lighting, and the sound of Jazz and Blues filling the air. Whether you choose to sit on one of Lecce's most beautiful piazzas or sink into a vintage armchair indoors, this is an aperitivo experience unlike anything else in the city — crafted cocktails, curated flavors, and an unforgettable atmosphere that transports you straight to the Roaring Twenties.

Not the usual aperitif : Terrazza Chiesiola offers a unique panoramic view over the whole of Vieste, the sea and the sunset, in an exclusive location immersed in tranquility.

Hidden behind the doors of Querencia Exotic Bar lies Lecce's only speakeasy — Lo Spaccone. Like every true speakeasy, it doesn't advertise its entrance. To get in, you'll need to ask at the Querencia front desk and be let through. Once inside, you'll find yourself transported to the Prohibition era: gaming tables, warm low lighting, a vinyl record spinning in the background, and a bottle collection featuring rare and discontinued labels that money can no longer buy. This is not just a bar — it's a secret world where gangsters cut deals and whiskey never ran dry.
