What are people saying about Puerto Natales

Perfect Day and Fantastic Guides
This is stated in the description, but you need to be experienced in long (13 mile) and challenging hikes for this to be enjoyable and feasible. The hike is kept at a healthy clip to get up, have time at the top, and down safely. Our guides always let us know when the next break, water, bathroom was so that you never had to guess. Also, we got engaged on this hike and our group plus the guides were just fantastic. We had spent 8 previous days in Chili but this day took the cake for me. You have to have some grit for this one, but if you do it knowing all of this, you will not regret it!

Excellent agency
We want to especially thank Agustín and Marisol. First of all, for offering the tour at an excellent price. Second, Agustín, the driver, was incredible. Not only did they pick us up, but he also managed the timing impeccably. He drove very responsibly and always conveyed to the whole group the peace of mind that everything was under control. The road is not easy, but he drove very carefully and always prioritized everyone's safety. Marisol was excellent in both languages and very clear in her explanation. The agency was also excellent, with very cordial and friendly service. The tour was incredible, 100% recommended. Seeing a glacier is one of the most impressive experiences one can have. It is true that the journey is long, but it is totally worth it.

Visit the park with Jhon and Mr. Luis
From the beginning of the tour to the end, it was a beautiful experience; the guide Jhon was always attentive to every detail, and with great patience, he shared the history of each place we visited with us. At all times he was courteous, respectful, a gentleman, and a good photographer; likewise, the driver Mr. Luis, with a very good attitude, also had the courtesy to convey to us how much he loves his job.

Fantastic
During this tour, we discovered the Torres del Paine national park by bus. We got to see many different animals and beautiful nature. Our guides Jaime and Marta were very expert. They explained everything perfectly to us in English, even though we were the only ones who don't speak Spanish.

Puerto Natales in Chilean Patagonia is an excellent base for exploring the area's natural beauty. It’s close enough to Torres del Paine National Park, one of the country’s top attractions, so lots of Puerto Natales tours take you there. It's also near the frozen wonderlands of southern Chile, so you can see some of Patagonia’s most famous glaciers around Puerto Natales. There are options for all activity levels, so you don’t have to be a hardcore hiker to see the sights.
