Great First Safari Experience

We had an incredible first safari experience with our tour guide, JJ. He picked us up from our apartment very early in the morning and we got to the national park gate for our 6AM start time. Along with being extremely knowledgeable about the park and animals, JJ was also extremely adept at navigating the park with the vehicle and he was able to show us essentially all animals that can be seen in the park. In the morning he stayed in contact with some other guides and we were able to locate 2 different lions very early on into our tour, which got us off to a great start. After that, doing a loop around the park getting to see all the animals was extremely pleasurable. After our safari, we also had separate tickets booked for the elephant orphanage and JJ was also kind enough to drop us off there to make everything go super smoothly for us. Would highly recommend to others looking to experience a safari for the first time.

This experience was wonderful. Nimoh is a gifted instructor who made the whole experience very positive. She communicated prior to the class with an informative email. The shopping experience at the market was very informative and gave a glimpse into the life of a Kenyan. We learned how to prepare a traditional meal with everyone given a chance to participate. We then enjoyed the meal and learned about Kenyan wedding traditions. I would recommend this experience to everyone!

Wonderful Experience with the Masai

It’s a bit of a drive from Nairobi (90 minutes plus), but very much worth it. Mwose was an excellent guide and the experience was as authentic as you can get. You get to experience Masai culture hands-on, and the people are very kind & welcoming. Bring a few extra shillings to tip out generously, as only 50% of proceeds from the tour go towards the actual village. A must do if you’re in Nairobi.

Fantastic experience!

5 stars. Julius was a fantastic guide and driver from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and made the entire day feel easy and enjoyable. Nairobi National Park, the elephant sanctuary, and the giraffe centre were all incredible, and Julius helped us make the most of every stop. We felt safe and well taken care of throughout the tour. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone visiting Nairobi.

A perfect day to see everything we could ever ask for.

David was absolutely perfect, so knowledgable and fun. We had a salad safari- every animal we could throw into the mix we saw.-and learned so much about each of them. I like that all the entry fees were included in the price-just makes everything smooth for us. It was three of us and David, in his car, a perfect size. David knew to preorder our lunch to save time, knew the weather patterns well enough to know when to get in and out of the boat time frame, and knew the right people for all the boat ride and the park guide. Really it was a perfect day.

Worth it!

Long drive but worth it. Small group, we only had 3! I booked the tour to see Kilimanjaro but the real star of the show was actually the game park! We saw game within 3 min of being in the park, so so so many elephants! We were also so lucky to watch a cheeta while preparing for a hunt! Feat. Maasai walking past!

Masai Mara Safari Priceless

Sammy was a great guide and spoke very well English. He has great knowledge of the park and he was able to spot a leopard (most difficult to find). Watching the big 5 up close was unbelievable experience and the landscape of Masai Mara is breathtaking. Visiting the local village for an hour was educational and was able to go inside the house. Overall great experience.
