What are people saying about Mendoza

If you do anything in Mendoza, do this!
We visited Fede's lovely home for a wonderful asado. Fede shared some great insights into the origins and customs of the tradition. We started with some amazing salsa criolla, cured meats, bread, and local wine.
We were then taught how to build and maintain the fire and even got to build it ourselves, before receiving a masterclass in making empanadas.
Next was the star of the show the grilled meats on the parrilla, all beautifully prepared and simply delicious. We ended the evening with yet more wine and copious amounts of Fernet and cola, rounded off with lovely conversations and stories.
We might have only spent a few hours with Fede, but it felt like we had been friends for a long time. A truly memorable experience.

Since we visited in...
Since we visited in Argentina’s winter the weather played a big part in what we were able to see but this was still a fantastic experience! Federico was a wonderful guide and we were able to see so much (including lots of snow). This was definitely a whole day experience but 100% worth it. I could not recommend this more!

Fantastic
We had a fantastic tour with Sebastian. Communication was great, we were picked up promptly, and he had plenty of information and suggestions for things to see and do in the area. All the locations were excellent and we would absolutely seek out this tour provider again!

An Amazing Day with Entre Montanhas
Everything was absolutely wonderful!
A special thank you to Victor from Entre Montanhas, who was our private driver and truly made the experience exceptional. His extensive knowledge of the region, its history, and local culture added tremendous value to our trip and made every moment more meaningful.
The lunch was outstanding and set in a truly unique and unexpected location, making the experience even more memorable.
Congratulations to Victor and the entire team for delivering such a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

I had a lovely wine...
I had a lovely wine tasting day with the group. The wineries represented were of the highest standard and the wines were incredible.
Highlight was the wine makers from Familia Zaina - their wine was amazing and homestead was so welcoming. Very close behind (and v difficult to choose a favourite) was the wines of the Corazon del Sol and Claroscuro - equally as tasty, just pipped marginally. Riccardo was a lovely host, very knowledgeable about the region and it's wines. And shout out to Osvaldo our driver, who patiently and competently drove us around. Thank you all.

Best evening ever
5 stars is not enough to show how good this experience was. It was my first time on horses and I had a little panic at the start but Stella, Gabriel and Luis were SO supportive and I’ve never felt such kindness from strangers! luis and Gabriel checked on me the whole ride and Stella was there with open arms when I got back. The asado afterwards was delicious and it was the best way to end the experience. Amazing!!!!

Absolute best part of our Argentina trip!
Hosta were very friendly, horses were very easy going and knew the direction to go by themselves. The views were amazing of vineyards, olive trees, and the Andes mountains in the distance. The asado lunch afterwards was one of the best meals: a very large spread with lots of bbq options and great Malbec wine! Well with the value...truly amazing!

Arribbaaa!,
Our guide was just so enthusiastic. She answered every question, she took a personal approach with each and every one of us. We encountered some issues with an accident on the roadway and an avalanche as well! They handled everything so well and we’re just so informative. It was a long day about 12 hours, but they made the time pass so well. So grateful for this experience.

Magic Under the Stars, Exceptional Horses, and Incredible Value
Wow — this was a truly magical experience and worth every penny. Gaucho Estate is just a short drive outside the city (with transportation included), yet it feels like you’ve stepped into another world. Tucked back in the hills, the evening ride offers breathtaking sunset views.
The horses were calm, well-trained, and clearly very well cared for — suitable for riders of all levels. (As someone who rode competitively, I pay close attention to horse quality and welfare, and I was genuinely impressed. That’s not always the case with tourist riding experiences.)
The included asado dinner was delicious, and the evening only grew more special from there. After dinner, we sipped wine under the stars by the fire while fireflies twinkled around us. Our gaucho hosts brought out a guitar and drum and sang local folk songs, creating an intimate, unforgettable atmosphere.
You can tell they truly love what they do — and it shows in every detail. I cannot recommend this experience enough. 10/10.

Very good value for the price!
We climbed quite a lot altitude-wise on horses and we had a good time, even though the group was quite large and even though I got an antisocial horse that started running every time there was a horse near it. There was a lot of meat (basically, all you could eat) and a lot of wine for dinner.

Great experience
If you're not a frequent wine drinker, you must have a good meal before the tour. In a previous review I read that some people were not pleased with the quantity of the wine samples, but I think it is perfect. You get to sample 3-4 wines per winery, by the end of the tour you've had about 3 glasses. We visited a moden winery, an old (traditional) and a not very modern one, they are all different and their processes are different. I learned a lot about wine and wine culture. It is a great experience, you walk through the crops, you get to pick grapes, some of them take you inside old tanks.
The olive farm is a bit different but also very informative and interesting, their samples are also good.
I did this tour with CEPAS tours, great guides, great buses, very punctual and great communication they message you the day before to confirm your attendance and to give you recommendations for the tour, your guide messages again when they are on their way to you.

Curated & Special Wine Day in Mendoza!
What a lovely posh experience. Our driver and guide Mauro could not have been kinder or friendlier!
We started with a wine tasting at Trapiche, tasty and a great way to learn about the history of the wine industry in Mendoza.
Then Enemigo! Stunning property, fantastic wine, Michelin meal with the warmest service.
This was our thanksgiving and it was one to remember!
