Top Mainz On the Ground

This is a self-guided treasure hunt where you step into the shoes of Mainz's most famous son: you play Gutenberg himself, in the year 1430, with your family's name and the future of the written word riding on your choices. The story is woven from the city's real history, with patricians clashing against guilds and a relic lost to time, so every puzzle you solve teaches you something true about Mainz behind the fiction. There is no guide and no fixed schedule: you set the pace, pause for a coffee or a glass of local Riesling whenever you like, and resume whenever you want (even on another day). We offer 24/7 customer support and built-in hints to guarantee that you never stay stuck. It has easy difficulty and it's perfect for solo adventurers, couples, friends, families with older kids, or team-building events.
