A day well spent!
Fantastic trip up the river. Could easily spend a whole day a Greenwich. We had a great captain commentary on the way up. Funny & knowledgeable!

Nice Trip!
A nice way to see London. The tour guide was informative and funny. We stopped in Greenwich and walked up the the Observatory and took a train back. Definitely worth the experience, even if he didn’t point out Cher’s new house as promised. :)

Boat trip to Greenwich...
Boat trip to Greenwich was the best way to go! Left in morning. Spent the day away from the hustle and bustle of busy city in Greenwich. Made for a great day.

It was a great way to see...
It was a great way to see many of the major sites along the river route. The seats were comfortable and the person driving the boat did a good job narrating. We were late to our original time slot and they honored our tickets for a later time. Get the round trip fare so you have time to get off boat and visit Greenwich which was very interesting. The restaurant The Ship has great decor and good food . We really enjoyed this tour and would recommend it.

London
Greenwich park and observatory on a sunny spring day in London.
  • Greenwich is a lovely spot for London-goers looking for a break from the big city, offering a mix of history, culture, and scenic views along the London River.

  • Plan to spend at least a half-day or a full day exploring the area if you want to take in all the sights, including the world-famous Royal Observatory and Greenwich Market.

  • Wear comfortable shoes to explore on foot—it’s full of hills, cobblestone streets, and steps. Be sure to bring your appetite for some delicious London food found at local markets and eateries.

  • If you plan to visit during peak times, it’s wise to book tickets in advance for popular attractions like the Royal Observatory and the Cutty Sark to avoid long lines.

  • The Royal Observatory and many of the other attractions in the Prime Meridian location are wheelchair accessible.
