Extra special for our kiddo!
A delightful and charming way to explore Killarney National Park! The traditional horse-drawn carriage ride was a huge hit with everyone in our group. Our guide, Daimian, was wonderfully engaging, telling great stories about the history, wildlife, and landmarks along the path. He was so engaging with our 6 year old and invited her to ride up front with him so she could see and check out the beautiful horse, Molly. It was a relaxing, picturesque ride through stunning scenery that felt truly authentic.

Molly was marvelous and so was her driver too!
What a fabulous, enjoyable, and informative experience. We had such a good time with Molly and her driver! Both were fantastic hosts! We learned a lot of history, and interesting facts as well as a great chat about all sorts. Felt like riding with a friend as it was so conversational, not guided. Well done.

Best Memory in Ireland with Friends
My four friends and I had the most amazing time riding here! We want to go back. The people and horses were amazing and it was a memory we will cherish forever. They accommodated us based on experience as one rider was more advanced/experienced and the others were more beginners and they adjusted the group’s horses and trek accordingly. It was the most amazing time.

We had such a wonderful...
We had such a wonderful tour through the park to the Abbey. Our guide was knowledgeable, funny, and incredibly nice. Full of wonderful recommendations for us to see, eat, and do during our stay. The tour offered such beautiful sights and we will absolutely do it again on a return trip to Killarney.

Best tour in Ireland !!
Okay..where to start ? This was soooo much fun !! This was definitely my favorite activity that we did in Ireland ! Now granted I am a rider (dressage) but I just loved this tour and I'll tell you why. The tour operator, Peter, is : 1. hilarious 2. a VERY good horseman (to find someone who is a true "horseman" is rare) 3. he took the time to match up each horse with each rider. But in all fairness he has trained his string of horses so well that even one of the ladies who had no riding experience did just fine 4. his other helper , Jasmine, was very knowledgeable and also very kind 5. the areas that we rode in and out of were Gorgeous (Texan here-where everything is dry and brown) 6. Mary (who I only talked with over text) handled the logistics and was very kind as well. 7. ****HANDS DOWN best tour****!!!! PLEASE, PLEASE book with Mountain View Horse Riding Centre-you will not be disappointed !

Horseback ride in ireland
Horses are very settled and easy to handle.
Because most of the horses on our ride were white and we rode through mud and water they appeared to be not groomed well. This is NOT the case as they ride the same route more than once daily and their legs understandably are muddy. Our guides were AWSOME and helped with anything and everything. Cudos to them! Well worth the price of admission!

Do not miss out! Best horse riding tour!!
Faith was an amazing tour guide and a very proficient horse rider. She also gave us a wonderful dinner recommendation for Killarney. She made sure we felt very comfortable on our horses and also took photos of us to remember our ride! Could not recommend more. FAITH STANS. Brona and Honor are wonderful horses and we loved Pascal.

Really enjoyed the small...
Really enjoyed the small group travel. Van was new and comfortable with air conditioning. Our guide Pearce was very organized and provided some interesting historical facts throughout the journey. Great views and stops for photo opportunities along the way from Galway to Dingle. It takes approximately 2 hours to arrive at the Dingle Pier for your first stop at restrooms so we were prepared for that and had also packed some snacks for the journey which we would recommend others do as well. The lunch stop on the island was delicious. The views from the ferry of the Cliffs of Moher were spectacular. A wonderful experience and enjoyed the combination of small van and boat tour.

Lovely day on the lakes...
Lovely day on the lakes and rivers. We saw a pair of eagles and a juvenile. It was quite hot so we opted for the horse and cart instead of the 6 mile walk. Our boat guide was very knowledgeable and made sure we were well taken care of. The cart driver was local and shared lots of information. Brilliant day all around.

Jaunting Cart Ride
Our driver, Patrick, was jovial, fun loving, full of interesting information and his horse, Jack was very obliging. We thought the Killarney National park was a magically beautiful place. Patrick stopped whenever we wanted a picture. We got out at Ross Castle and had a 20 minute look around with plenty of photos. A very relaxing, enjoyable time!! We highly recommend!!! You won’t be disappointed.

Great Way to Explore!
The Combination Killarney Jaunting Car Tour and Lakes of Killarney Cruise was an outstanding experience and one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland. The scenery throughout the tour was absolutely beautiful, the service was excellent from start to finish, and there were countless opportunities to take incredible photos along the way.
The combination of the traditional jaunting car ride and the peaceful lake cruise made for a perfect way to experience the natural beauty and charm of Killarney. Everything was well organized, relaxing, and highly enjoyable.
