Delightful experience. Host is knowledgeable, skilled and hilarious. We learned things and she enabled us to make delicious, traditional foods while having an incredibly fun time.
Must do!!! Absolutely LOVED this! Sindi was amazing! Atmosphere, food, chef, and drinks were all incredible. Such a good time! Highly recommended.
Sindi was a great hostess and teacher - funny and very hospitable. Wine and water were provided - as much as you wanted. Learned some valuable techniques for phyllo dough prep that I will certainly use again. Lamb dish and vegetarian options were both excellent with lots of food to take away after eating together. Great camaraderie among the participants. Highly recommend.

If I could give unlimited stars for this experience, it still wouldn’t be enough to articulate how fantastic this experience was. Sindi is an amazing host. She was very attentive and thorough and guided us in making such a delicious meal. And her dad’s homemade wine really elevated this experience. Even with the electricity going out due to the protests, that did NOT stop the fun time our group had. Sindi quickly adjusted and did not miss a beat with working around the time we were in the dark. I also really liked how we all helped make the meal we were going to have opposed to just making individual meals. The experience felt more like a community coming together, opposed to travelers having their own individual experience. I will be doing this EVERY single time I’m in Albania.
Sindi hosted an incredible cooking class, a healthy balance of Albanian culture, cooking, and chatting with a full glass of wine. She was very patient and hospitable to my daughter (6) who had a wonderful time.
We started by meeting Sindi outside where she lead us to the eating and cooking space. She was very friendly and kind as we all got started. She started by explaining each dish we were going to make. All sounded AMAZING! We had a youngster in the group and she was awesome with her as well. Allowed her to participate in special ways and us as well. We were allowed to ask questions, make mistakes, and of course laugh some. Sindi was absolutely perfect at hosting. Once all preparations were done we had a bit of a break to drink some wine and socialize. Again the dad and daughter we were with were such great experiences companions. The food was fresh, tasty, and of course made by us! Could not recommend this experience enough! Do it!
Amazing experience if you in Tirana you must do this cooking class. Sindi the host has passion for cooking.
Have other plans in case class gets canceled at last minute..my class was canceled the morning of the class

We understand your frustration; however, we would like to clarify that this was not a last-minute cancellation. You were notified in advance via both WhatsApp and Viator, and we also offered an alternative start time on the same day, as well as availability on other days.
Unfortunately, we did not receive a response until the morning of the class, when you requested a refund. Your refund was processed immediately.
Our classes operate almost every day, twice daily, though on occasion schedule adjustments are necessary. We made the effort to communicate the changes in advance and provide alternative options to accommodate you.
We always do our best to be flexible and accommodating, and we equally appreciate understanding and communication from our guests when unexpected schedule changes arise.
The host was great, she kept us engaged anx animated throughout, and she knows her cooking. Reccomend.

Her class is fun, engaging, and effortlessly memorable. She brings humor and deep expertise to her craft, explaining each step with clarity and ease, which makes the whole experience both accessible and rewarding. The food we prepared turned out beautifully, the wine flowed generously, and the raki certainly made an impression. I enjoyed every moment of the class.
Cindi was SO accommodating and friendly and went out of her way to make sure we all had the best time together. The food was delicious and the recipes easily accessible for later. She told us all about how her business has grown over the years and was so kind to my friend who had just moved to Tirana, offering to help her out in any way possible. There were only 4 of us in our particular class as some pulled out last minute I believe, but we all became good friends throughout the session and much laughter was shared! Could not recommend this experience enough.
An absolute great experience! Delicious food, fantastic vibes and company. The setting is homey and the organiser was friendly to explain us all the processes around cooking and gave us a deeper insight in Albania

I would give this 10 stars if I could. Our host was amazing! Very cordial and really got us all involved. We had a small group of 4 - two singles and a couple and it was fabulous! So much food… I wish I could have taken leftovers but they didn’t go to waste since the other single took them with her.
I had such an amazing experience at this cooking class in Tirana! Sindi, our host, was exceptional from start to finish—so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. Even though we arrived a little late due to Tirana traffic as we were coming from Durrës, she made us feel completely at ease straight away.
The food was absolutely delicious, and getting to cook traditional dishes ourselves made it even more special. The homemade wine and olive oil were truly incredible—some of the best I’ve ever tasted!
Overall, it was just a fantastic experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Tirana—you won’t regret it!

Great experience. Sindi was a great host, fun person and kept the cooking and conversation (as well as the wine) flowing. We enjoyed getting to know the other guests from several other countries. The location was not easy to find. Out of the five guests, four of us had to have her come find us. I completely recommend this experience whether you are a cook or just want to try new things and meet fun people. She said Apple Maps does not work very well in Albania.
My husband and I recently joined this cooking class in traditional Albanian cuisine, and it was a truly wonderful experience. We prepared a variety of authentic dishes, including eggplants stuffed with minced meat and vegetables topped with rich Albanian yellow cheese, delicious spinach and cottage cheese pies, and for dessert, soft Albanian cakes soaked in a fragrant sugar and cinnamon syrup. The highlight of the evening, however, wasn’t just the food but the warm hospitality of our host, Sindi. She is not only a skilled teacher but also made us feel right at home throughout the class. Her passion for Albanian cooking shone through every step, and she created an atmosphere that was both fun and relaxed. Another memorable part of the experience was meeting new people from different parts of the world. We cooked together, shared stories, laughed, and enjoyed a meal that was much more than just food, it was about connection and culture.

From the minute Sindi met us outside we loved every minute. She is a friendly and very capable host with excellent English. Beautifully equipped kitchen and a relaxed shaded outside courtyard for dining. We prepared and cooked traditional dishes with expert guidance and a lot of chat and wine :)
Finally we relaxed in the courtyard and dined together with no rush for us to leave.
Sindi was so helpful with other aspects of our holiday and genuinely enjoyed teaching us about Albania and its food and history. I can't recommend this class enough.
Really nice experience! Sindi explained everything very good. The second course is usually with meat. Since I'm vegetarian, Sindi was able to show me a good vegetarian dish. We had a fun time!

The food, wine and raiki were excellent. The company very nice and the instructor very good. We would take another class with different dishes if we had time.
The chef went out of her way to find us and guide us in the right direction to her comfy kitchen! The food was fabulous and Sindi was more than a gracious host.
