Great Trip. Safe and Fun. We loved it.

This was a well organised trip on a quad bike for two up to Mount Teide. We were picked up and dropped off also at our hotel. Safety came first and we appreciated that. The only thing which you should know is that warm clothing is a must. They rent out a heavy jacket for four euros and also gloves. Maybe bring them with you as you’ll need them. Gloves are an absolute must for the driver.

Fun but long wait/delays

The tour itself was fun but there was a big delay in starting and with the “15 minute break.” We were told to arrive at 1:45 for a 2pm tour. We did not get on the quads and leave until 3pm. About 45 minutes into the tour, we were told we were stopping for a 15 minute break so we could go bathroom. 45 minutes later we set off again.. no real communication about the delays. During the trip they take a lot of pics and videos of you riding the quads but at the end these videos/pictures cost an additional 30 euro. That is an extortionate price for some pictures in my opinion.

DEAR SIR FIRST OF ALL THANK YOU FOR YOUR visit and we are glad that you had a good time with us regarding the delay in starting the excursion we are sorry but we are obliged to adapt to drivers who are a little slow and this day it was the case we do not want our customers to end up in a ravine and the 15 minute break was extended due to the high heat and always the same our primary concern is the comfort of our customers. For photos there is no obligation to purchase and I think the guides offer to take photos with your phones if you wish. Once again thank you for your visit

Sin duda la mejor experiencia del viaje. La gestión ha sido facilísima desde el inicio. La ruta permite disfrutar del Parque Natural del Teide sin la lejanía que provoca otro vehículo como un coche. Los monitores hacen que sea una experiencia totalmente segura y divertida. Además, durante la excursión constantemente se hacen fotos y vídeos que más tarde te proporcionan. Muchas gracias a Quad Safari por la experiencia!
