Airport pick-up: Our driver will monitor your flight arrival, including any delays. After you pass border control and collect your luggage, please look for your driver near the exit doors holding a nameplate with your name. We provide 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time after your flight lands. Hotel/City pick-up (for airport drop-off): Please be ready at your pick-up location at the scheduled time. Our driver will meet you at the hotel entrance or at the main entrance of your building. We include 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time for city departures.
