- If your ship is late or delayed and you have an early tour, don't panic! We will wait and give you reasonable and sufficient time to get off the ship so that you can still enjoy your tour. Remember to keep our number handy just in case you need to reach us in case of a delay or very early arrival.
- You should bring along the following items: bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, and cash for lunch, drinks and souvenirs. Drinks on the tour bus are complimentary.
- While shopping or at the beach, your items will be secured in the front cab of the tour bus.
- If Shopping is part of your tour, once you're finished, we meet at the Liberty Bell in Emancipation Park. Shops close at 1:00 PM on Sundays.
- Coki Beach and Sapphire Beaches are free but Magens Bay has an entrance fee of $7.00 per person.
- Your Tour Package does not include the beach entrance fee, Coral World entrance fee or any other activity.
- Free drinks are provided on the tour buses all day for our passengers.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 100 travelers

Absolutely amazing experience! The views were breathtaking, the shopping stops were unique, and the splash time was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation. Started out bumpy, but tour operator contacted us and gave us a new meeting spot. Other than that the tour was great. Got to see a lot throughout the whole day! For the price you CANNOT beat it! Would book again if we come back in the future

The tour was delayed due to phone outtage and driver did not show. We waited nearly 2 hours for our tour to begin along with another family. It was stressful and frustrating as some tour staff ensured us that our drive was on his way. It would only be 20 minutes longer. Finally, the owner Godfrey showed up himself to conduct our tour. He was great! Although, we had a rough beginning, the tour was completed but cut short due to the late start.

DON’T DO IT!! If I could give zero stars I would. They were a no show, I had reached out multiple times a day before the excursion to confirm the pick up time as we chose the pick up and not going to the meeting point and zero response from the tour operator, I called and the voicemail was full. We waited over an hour past the pick time to ensure they weren’t running late. We’ve requested a refund, but I have doubts that will occur. This tour should be removed from this website as it’s a total scam!

They were almost an hour late picking us up from the beach. Another couple on the tour ended up taking a taxi back so they didn't miss their ship. We were given no apology or explanation either.

Started off unorganized and the sites were not impressive. The beach was beautiful. It is $7 to get in and $20 for a chair. The seats we set in were not very comfortable for our tour and the mic did not work so we heard nothing about the sites as we traveled.

The entire process was very disorganized. We had no continuity on the transport. Getting on the bus was not an easy task if you are older or have some mobility issues. The guide/driver’s communication in the bus was not clear and almost impossible to understand. The tour was advertised for 5 to 6 hours but lasted around 4 only. The tour was advertised to make the final stop at a bay for beach time but that never happened.

They changed the pick up time one hour I was scheduled to be picked up. Then they took us the the cruise ship terminal to pick up for twenty minutes, then drop us downtown for 30 minutes, and we had to stand and wait another 30 minutes for them to pickup, they didn’t do the scenic two hours sightseeing tour of the island, never even made it to Magens Bay. This tour is a scam would not recommend it to anyone horrible.

Uninformed not a tour of entire island. Too much time for shopping and not enough time for swimming. Snack provided was small bag of chips.

Rough start. Changed pickup location then didn't show up. Half hour later showed for another group but took us and another family with this later group. Communication was zero. However, once we were on, driver/guide was wonderful. Will recommend but patience is needed.

I really enjoyed the tour and the people on board. We got to see lots of sights and learned many facts about the island’s history! The tour guide provided us with complementary drinks and snacks. I would recommend bringing a fan and cash for local shopping. 10/10 would do again!

Excellent sampling of St. Thomas with a variety of experiences. Great value for the money. Visited a beautiful beach featuring bar and grill with outdoor seating facing the ocean. Knowledgeable guide. Completely satisfied.

We enjoyed the tour and feel it was a good value. Our scheduled pickup time was pushed back an hour and the tour ran further behind schedule as the day went on. Because of this we had to forgo the final part (the beach) as we had dinner reservations. I can recommend, but keep evening plans flexible as there’s chance you’ll be dropped back at your hotel much later than expected

It was not a great experience. Did not have wifi on the ship so we never had a ticket or any info where to meet driver. I had to go to guest services on ship to call to find the meeting point. Arrived on time and there was no driver waiting or holding a sign with a name. There were others that had to call too because they were waiting as well. Didn't know to look for Godfrey tours (vs Viator) either without being able to access wifi anywhere off the ship either. After we found our driver, we left 25 minutes late.
He did not take us shopping in downtown Charlotte Amalie. Did not take us to Mafolie Hotel to overlook the Bluebeard and Blackbeard's pirate castles. We did go up to the mountain top and enjoyed the beautiful view, had a banana daquari and bought a couple souveniers and was time to leave. We did stop at Sir Francis Drake seat, (the British pirate) overlooking Magens Bay.
Our group chose Sapphire Beach and had about an hour and a half there and then they took us back to the ship early. Said all the shops in downtown closed at 5 so that was a big disappointment that we did not go where promised, We should have been taken there first.
Driver did a good job (roads are crazy busy and winding) and he was personable. He offered chips and water.

We had such a great experience. Godfrey was so accommodating, took pride in giving us a great experience and also filling us in with the history of the island. I would definitely recommend going on this trip to other travelers. A great bang for your buck.

We had a really good time on this tour. It was very informational and covered a lot of the island! There were some very beautiful views and stops were reasonable. The tram was open air and nice.

There was some initial confusion on which of the two ports to be picked up from. Not the fault of the tour company (Godfrey) as I put down the port that our cruise line (Holland America) told me a couple of months before the cruise. Once on board, HAL announced we would be going to the other port. I called Viator who said they would contact Godfrey. Plus I left a text for Godfrey but never heard back. Godfrey did contact me the morning of the excursion and ensured someone picked us up and got us back to the tour. The tour wasn't crowded and allowed everyone enough time at the stops. The tour advertised the choice of staying one of 3 beaches if we wanted. But, we were only offered Sapphire Beach which was outstanding. Godfrey Tours dropped us off at our port even though we were the only ones from that one.
